It's a drift 'mod' yes, it's called augmented e-brake built in the game by the original devs but inaccessible by regular means. Extra options unlocks this system, but it takes about 3-4 months of practice to actually control it like this without losing speed or spinning out... A year or more of practicing and you can beat Tier-3 Supercars with the Trueno in Canyon races....
