You can find a backside Steve tutorial in First Contact (see links in the vid and description). The frontside version and "full" Steve are on the list of tutorials to make so watch this space...
I made my own staf from Al tube lenght is 1.5m ( I am more than 1.90) How much should weight of the staff?? And second question; weight must be more at the ends, or if weight is homogeneous on all staff it will be okay?
This might be a stupid question, but if I don´t ask it I´ll remain stupid. Can the staff be too thin, light and smooth/slippery? I´ve tried to do this exercise with a wooden stick and I simply can´t make it do the necessary turns when I´m in the middle of the movement. I can´t even make it turn from side to side as you demonstrate in the basic exercise.
maybe you are lacking some weight at the end of the stick. the characteristics of its movement will change with that. try some bicycle tubing as it is cheap and you can get it kinf of everywhere. hope that i could help you some :)
Easily the best staff tutorials on youtube
