I am having a problem emptying my coolant out of my 2015 Ford custom. I do not have a bleed screw. When I undo the lower radiator plug only 4 litres come out. I then refilled it with 4 litres now top hose is cold. I dropped the coolant out again and again only 4 litres has come out of a 10 litre system. I am pulling my hair out any advice please
What this clip does not tell you is its only draining out half the coolant the way they are showing people. I have done mine now no thanks to this clip. Also would have been helpful for people to know the top hose will stay cold even when the van has come to temperature. I found you had to take the van for a 5 mile drive to get the thermostat to open up then the coolant went round fully and the top hose got hot like it should do. Just little things like that for a novice would have saved a lot of time and hassle.
The way you are showing to remove the coolant is not right on a 2015 Ford custom 2.2 . I have done what you show and only 4 litres is emptying. So 6 litres are still in the system. And by the looks of your container in the clip it only has around 4 litres in the defiantly not 9 to 10 litres
Hi my van hose pipe is leaking by radiator i moved the pipe and tight it but still leaking it’s 2017 Ford transit any idea how to fix it please
If it's still leaking from the same location, drain the coolant, renew the hose and clean the radiator outlet connection.

Hi My 2015 van is blowing out look warm air in the cab dose this mean the thermostat is stuck or is it the matrix, also would like to know the location of the reverse module as the inside rear is all rino lined.
Is the engine running cold? If not, it could be the matrix partially blocked. 'Reverse module' - do you mean the parking control unit? If so, the unit is just in front of the rear light unit.
@@HaynesManuals hi it’s the parking control unit I have had the rear light of but could not see the unit. Is there and diagrams to show the location as the inside of my van is Rino lined and don’t want to rip things apart. The cockpit is look warm on the front vents one blows look warm and the other blows cold.
Judging by the diagram (which UA-cam won't let me paste), the control unit is about 10 inches in front of the right-hand rear light unit. Sounds like the heater distribution box is playing up, check the wiring plugs to the servo motors.

Also I was trying to buy the Haynes manual but there is two different types. One at £26 and the other is £18 I think.
