I am Japanese. I have been an owner of EunosCosmo (13B) for 20 years.
    (It ranked 1990-2010, I owned 13B-Engine, Classic-Red.)
I appreciate being loved in your motherland.
It was really cool car. The fuel economy is bad, though!
    Thank you for streaming.
I love you forever. My favorite car. Eunos Cosmo.

A touch screen built-in GPS navigation system in 1990. I'm at a loss for words.

Yeah, that’s a luxury, even today, but cars like the Lexus ls, the GTR, the Toyota chaser and higher end LandCruisers also had this, those were elite cars of the time…

This comment is only 13 years too late - not bad for me. This was a wonderful vehicle: I had the priliege of shooting the launch commercial attached to the end of the video (from about 7:35 to the end). We shot the commercial by Housestead's fort along Hadrian's wall in the North of England, and also a portion - not shown here in the English Lake District. A tough shoot back in early 1990, but great memories, too.

+Tony Allen (crateon) I know--you'd think after investing so much in the car's development, NHTSA and DOT approval would've made been relatively cheap.

This car was bad ass (20B Sequential Turbo). I wanted this car sooo bad back in 1991, but it never came to the US. So instead for my senior graduation I got a 1991 RX-7 Turbo II; no regrets. But this is STILL the car of my dream.

They tried an FC manual on the 20B, and the torque the engine made at full throttle sheared off 1st and 2nd gear.

GEEZ! Mazda needs to make a new 929/Eunos Sedan and Coupe. They also need to keep a more upscale look.

@derbigpr500 Mazda interiors are not cheap. They are hardly top drawer either. Mazda does not have a reason for an alternate trim level/design for US models. Indeed, it is a MYTH a JDMs are of an inherently higher quality than those sold in the US. The Japanese do keep certain models to themselves. Mazda just stopped doing their best interiors with the Eunos and the 929.
