I read your comment wrong. I thought you said it was his coolest song. and in rebuttal I must ask if you have ever listened to his Killer Album. it was his 4rth cd and honestly is one of my favorites if you haven't listened to it I would highly suggest it
That can’t be a bad sign. Stick with him, you won’t regret it. Either of the albums ‘Welcome to my nightmare’, ‘School’s out’ or ‘Billion dollar babies’ would be a great start.
I think it's about someone who is in love with a someone who sleeps around or is also a prostitute so they feel they must kill the people she sleeps with
I was 18 years old and went to see Motley Crüe. Their opening act was Alice Cooper. 7 years later I’ve since passed up two more chances to see Crue, however in that 7 years I’ve seen Cooper 5 more times. Absolute Legend.
Alice has made it all. His 80's style hard rock albums may not be in the favour of older fans who discovered him in the 70's, but for us who discovered Alice in the late 80's and early '90s, these albums are some of the greatest in the whole genre. I love many of the 70's songs, I discovered them through the live shows I watched, they've become absolutely essential for me and I've seen Alice live for 4 times and no matter what era he plays, they all rock like hell!!!
I saw this Tour in 1992 in Dallas, Tx. Starplex Ampetheater. Operation Rock N Roll. Alice Cooper Hey Stoopid \Judas Priest Painkiller Tour. My VERY first concert!! My uncle took me.. Got me down 2nd row left.. I was about 12yrs old. I'm 39 now. And the music today can't even get a start in the same realm as what these artist did back then. I'm so great full that I got to live and see most of the 80's. Even if I had to do it as a child.
Love this era of Alice Cooper. I wish he would do more stuff from the 90's and 80's in his concerts. Hey Stoopid is one of his best albums. (in my opinion)
I love Alice Cooper and I love this song. I'm still here and it's 2024. I might have just liked this song today on UA-cam, but certainly not my first time hearing this song. Me and my husband share loving Alice Cooper as one of our favorite musicians! My husband has since passed and I thank Alice Cooper for his talent, skill, hard work, and dedication! We love you Uncle Cooper! 😁❤
Why on blood soaked earth has Alice Cooper not recognised more. He is not only a great musician, he is a visionary who deserves more respect and recognition for what he has done. #LoveIsALoadedGun
Lyrics :) Somebody saw you at the station You had your suitcase in your hand You didn't give no information You walked off with another man I'm always standing in the shadows, baby I watched you give yourself away You take them home into your bedroom You had another busy day I tried to look the other way and fake it You push me to the limits I can't take it One down, one to go Just another bullet in the chamber Sometimes love's a loaded gun Red lights, stop and go Whatcha gonna do when you play with danger Sometimes love's a loaded gun And it shoots to kill Someday they'll put me in a squad car Someday they'll throw away the key But 'til that day I'll be a mad dog 'Cause that's what you taught me to be You looked into the eyes of men above you I was the one who really tried to love you One down, one to go Just another bullet in the chamber Sometimes love's a loaded gun Red lights, stop and go Whatcha gonna do when you play with danger Sometimes love's a loaded gun And it shoots to kill Pull the trigger I tried to look the other way and fake it You know, you push me right to the limit I can't take it One down, one to go Just another bullet in the chamber Sometimes love's a loaded gun Red lights, stop and go Whatcha gonna do when you play with danger Sometimes love's a loaded gun And it shoots to kill Somebody saw you at the station
Wish they would play more songs of Alice other than schools out. Seriously he has made masterpieces over and over again and they make him seem like a 1 hit wonder
The first Cooper album I owned was Hey Stoopid. I listened to this thing over and over on my walkman. My favorite tracks are this one, "Dangerous Tonight", "Little By Little", "Feed my Frankenstein" and the epic "Might as well be on Mars". I love the line from this track "Someday they'll put me in a squadcar. Someday they'll throw away the key. But till that day I'll be a mad dog! Cause that's what you taught me to be." So great!
Me to......the first Alice Cooper and the first rock album i listened and introduced me to a new world, the world of rock and metal. it literally changed my life forever. A friend gave me a copy tape when i was 13 and when the first notes of feed my Frankenstein flowed nothing was the same for me.
ive seen Alice 3 times and every time his shows get better and better, absolutely love his work, this kids is what you call talent in the music industry.
Yea, but he plays the same songs over and over again, I hate it. Why cant he play a song like this live. There are so many songs he never played or hardly ever played.
Alice has his finger on the pulse of Rock! He has such a huge catalogue! Most of it all Written and performed by himself! Plus, he always has an excellent band! Take away the theatrics, close your eyes, and realize just how good he is! Here is a guy that partied with Jim Morrison, John Lennon, and Steve Miller, plus many more Legends! I guess that makes himself a legend! If you get a chance to see him perform, do it! Because you never know when you may not have a chance to see a true legend play!
Crying. Because of my disability and living hours from large cities now, I thought the likelihood of seeing Alice perform was small. Now with those issues and Covid, I'll never see him perform. Watching this, the realization is like I've been punched in my stomach and my heart hurts… 😭
I went to my first alice cooper concert with my dad when I was 7 or 8 years old. I was introduced to this music, and I fell in love with it. And ever since I have kept listening to this REAL MUSIC. Nostalgia! Listening to this song on my Walkman back in 93. Lying on my bed, cassette in the Walkman and the foldout lyrics paper in my hands reading the lyrics along with the song. Good times!
Alice Cooper has some of the best composed songs and music in rock I have ever heard and even though his themes are not lollipops and true love, they do reflect a lot of reality in this world. The albums Love it to Death, Killer, Schools out, and Billion dollar babies are pure genius!
I really like this era of Alice! It’s hard to believe his early stuff is the same person when you go back and listen to it! It just shows you the evolution of an artist.
I remember watching this video song on Ireland music show called the beatbox in the 90's. His 1991 album was very Underrated at time and should got more credit.

@@brianconway100 And a great suprise!🤣
Back in 1991, this was my favorite song on the "Hey Stoopid" album. Still is. In my opinion, a Alice Cooper classic.
this is how an old -school broken heart song should sound!
Right on!
Words to the song could solve a lot of "crimes", especially murder/ suicides.
I think it's about someone who is in love with a someone who sleeps around or is also a prostitute so they feel they must kill the people she sleeps with
@Alice Cooper mr.cooper what’s this song about?
One of my favorite Alice Cooper songs.
Wojtek Markowski o! Widzę, że nie tylko ja słucham Alice'a Cooper'a w tym kraju 😉
Witajcie rodacy! :D

Me too. Great mid-tempo
Too Wild Agreed

7 years later I’ve since passed up two more chances to see Crue, however in that 7 years I’ve seen Cooper 5 more times.
Absolute Legend.
Motley Crue should open for Alice Cooper and that would be the greatest honor for them.
This is one of the best songs ever. I love the entire Hey Stoopid album with all of my heart...
Hello, how are you doing today? Nice meeting you here.
If you listen clearly to his voice, you will notice something very special. It's very powerful and has such energy and deep. His music is exceptional.
Words can not explain how much I want this music to come back
she' s back ua-cam.com/video/RC8d37bACUE/v-deo.html
Then just keep buying the music and encourage people that you know to buy the music

I love the really heavy albums like “Brutal Planet” and “Dragontown “ to death…I think the lyrics are brilliant
Lol I was born in the 2000s I love every single song and album so people born in 2004 must love all eras of his music
Absolutely right
Yep , you are right 👍
Love Alice Cooper 😍
"Caught you, didn't I" is my favorite line from this whole video!!
Yup. He had a supernatural warrant for her arrest.
This one is smokin'. A classic.
Every serious Power Ballads compilation should include this one.

SHOCKER 100% agree. This and Trash, the album of his resurrection.
I come from the Killer and Billion Dollar Babies era, but I put this album right up there with them. It's fantastic!
Totally agree with you
I agree. Had that great classic ‘80s/early ‘90s hard rock sound that his early stuff was missing.
Negotiating with you there.
Absolute legend. Rock music will never be this good again
Alice Cooper never fails at having the best choruses to his songs, I bet he had the best concerts back in the 70's/80's
He still does!! He travels everywhere in the world for his concerts. Even is 2016
Anyone else here in 2024? I wish more music was like this these days.
Coop's music forever.

Lyrics :)
Somebody saw you at the station
You had your suitcase in your hand
You didn't give no information
You walked off with another man
I'm always standing in the shadows, baby
I watched you give yourself away
You take them home into your bedroom
You had another busy day
I tried to look the other way and fake it
You push me to the limits
I can't take it
One down, one to go
Just another bullet in the chamber
Sometimes love's a loaded gun
Red lights, stop and go
Whatcha gonna do when you play with danger
Sometimes love's a loaded gun
And it shoots to kill
Someday they'll put me in a squad car
Someday they'll throw away the key
But 'til that day I'll be a mad dog
'Cause that's what you taught me to be
You looked into the eyes of men above you
I was the one who really tried to love you
One down, one to go
Just another bullet in the chamber
Sometimes love's a loaded gun
Red lights, stop and go
Whatcha gonna do when you play with danger
Sometimes love's a loaded gun
And it shoots to kill
Pull the trigger
I tried to look the other way and fake it
You know, you push me right to the limit
I can't take it
One down, one to go
Just another bullet in the chamber
Sometimes love's a loaded gun
Red lights, stop and go
Whatcha gonna do when you play with danger
Sometimes love's a loaded gun
And it shoots to kill
Somebody saw you at the station

Does he play this or other power ballads?
Let's just take a moment to appreciate how much of a badass Alice looks in this video.
You looked into the eyes of men above you. I was the one who really tried to love you. That is one of the most powerful lyrics in music.
Alice has always changed my mind! Just when you thought he was done he always has a few tricks up his sleeve!

Each time I listen to Cooper, I become more and more addicted. These songs are drug

I love the part when he's walking down the motel hallway with the skull cane. Really cool.
It's the best part
I love the part where he says "so pull the trigger"
Also got to meet Dimebag Darrell and Vinnie Paul in the tunnel that night..Great memories!!

Hello, how are you doing today? Nice meeting you here.
Для меня лично нет другой музыки кроме рока , никогда не было , и не будет НИКОГДА . ЭЛИС просто БРАВО !!!
One of the best ballads ever! And "pull the trigger" is one of the best moments in music as itself!

Good song from our teen years. Feels like it was a lifetime ago.
I listened to the Hey Stoopid album recently. This is easily one of the best tracks on the album.
I love you, Alice Cooper !!! I really do!!! You made my childhood and teens so much more bearable! God bless you!
This is Alice's best song. Hands down
maybe, maybe
I am 16 and I like this melody and, ofc, all Alice Cooper tracks.
This band should have more fans.
"Sometimes Love's a Loaded gun" Love's a loaded gun everytime.
There's such an elegance in his music!
Fully agree with potatoman's comment.

This is a great song.
It is both cinematic and mysterious enough to see .
screw that modern crap this is real music
4 years later, your still right, modern music has no substance.
Well pop. There's a crap ton of great music if you know where to look.

this was a time back when musicians actually had raw talent as well as writing the lyrics of the song themselves.
