I believe those originated from a collaboration with Carl Murawski in June of last year based on the Knapp Engineer boot. There is a YT video on them. I ordered a pair last June and the sole is different.
I’ve never been an Engineer boot guy. I’m more of lace up, like the Roberts, Urban Loggers, Moc Toe’s etc. However, after seeing this video I can sense my opinion shifting. The last thing I need right now is another pair of boots, but I’m happy to have my mind opened. Enjoy those beautiful boots, sir!

Going strong! I'm going to do a full review once they look more used, but I've been wearing them a lot, and they still look fairly new. As far as I'm aware, they have the same thick, leather heel counters as on other Nick's boots.

The heel feels much softer to the touch compared to other Nick boots. It is impossible to push the heel with your fingers, the racks are very strong. I have three pairs, Pullman is the fourth now. I haven't noticed any problems with it while wearing it. I'll try to ask the manufacturer this question.

i got ten years and a million miles put 3 sets of heels and 2 resoles both wore out now out of a pair very similar to those got them in NH at a factory outlet can't beat the engineer boot hope you enjoy them as much as i did
So happy for you man. Those are some killer boots. Sizing on engineer boot is always tricky. Don't be surprised if they're hard to get on and off for the first few months. It takes a bit for the leather to break in. Things will get easier I promise haha. I'm pumped to see how you like them once you've had them for a while.

You and I have the same shoe size, as do probably 10 million other guys. Good looking footwear! Kind of reminds me of the time I bought a custom pair of Allen-Edmonds cap-toe Oxfords. My boss told me that I'd have to eat them one day if I didn't stop spending so much on shoes. Great show, as always!

i got ten years and a million miles put 3 sets of heels and 2 resoles both wore out now out of a pair very similar to those got them in NH at a factory outlet can't beat the engineer boot hope you enjoy them as much as i did

So happy for you man. Those are some killer boots. Sizing on engineer boot is always tricky. Don't be surprised if they're hard to get on and off for the first few months. It takes a bit for the leather to break in. Things will get easier I promise haha. I'm pumped to see how you like them once you've had them for a while.
