I really hope ya'll keep in touch with Alfredo. Him being only 4 months clean and getting 10 grand like this is a scary combo. A lot of times when people in recovery win a lot of money like that they end up relapsing.
I'm surprised I haven't seen more comments like this. I'm 100% with you here. His story is emotional and I hope he does the right thing for his daughter and himself, but that much money in the hands of someone only 4 months sober can seriously lead to devastating, sometimes fatal, relapses. Not trying to be a downer, just keeping it realistic. They should definitely keep up with him and make sure he's keeping up with his goals of sobriety and getting his daughter back.
@@PotentChili Yep. i'm not sure how well informed Airrack and his team is with people in recovery. Because they might not realize the dangers of what they did. If, god forbid, he does relapse and possibly OD fatally, I'm sure that will be super heavy on Airracks and his teams conscience. I know it wouldn't be their fault but if I was in Airracks shoes and did that for someone and they end up passing away from using drugs i would feel extremely guilty. I wouldn't blame him or others in that situation as in my eyes it's the persons choice what they do with the money and it's on them but It would still have me feeling guilty regardless.
