If you consider a Ruffatti organ "fine", come in Italy, you'll find best organs like Mascioni, Balbiani, Tamburini, and so on. Ruffatti is not so common here, in Italy. The finests instrument are, without doubts, the Mascioni organs built between the '30 and the '60. If you want to listen to some beautiful Mascioni, you can search: Mendelssohn sonata in re minore per organo op 65 n 6 vicenza.
This is some neat music - I think that much of it is from the improvisation on "Adeste Fidelis" by Virgil Fox. Listen to Fox's "Christmas Album" - this piece is the final recording.
