I will be hosting of a new Outdoor Cooking Series titled, Pathfinder Outdoor Kitchen. I have been working hard to film several episodes already and the first will release on 7/30/2021! These videos will be posted to the Self Reliance Outfitters UA-cam Channel. With each episode, we will give an opportunity for our audience to win free Pathfinder Gear. If you enjoy cooking in the woods, make sure to tune in to get recipe ideas and ideas on how you can use your gear to cook in the woods. I will do everything from cooking on the coals to using modern stoves like alcohol models, rocket stoves, Coleman stoves, and more! I hope you will join us and enjoy this new series, The Pathfinder Outdoor Kitchen!

I never knew a cookware commercial could be so intense.
I hope people will take a whole lot more from these videos than a cookware commercial. Many people are just getting into this stuff for the first time and may not be familiar with how to use these items in the field. This will give demonstrations and recipes that can be used with Pathfinder Gear or any other brand. It's really no different than most of the other cooking videos I have done in the past. Sharing ideas that others can use in the field.

Do I Like cooking in the woods?
No. I LOVE cooking in the woods.
Do I like opportunities for free gear?
Not really. I am a realist. I NEVER win free gear.
I believe those 2 qualities makes me a perfect candidate to volunteer some of my time to help you produce this new series. I can operate your camera, gather firewood, tend the fire, hold an umbrella over your head on hot, sunny days and fan you, or any other camping tasks you need completed. As a volunteer, I understand I forfeit all rights to winning free gear.
All I ask in return is a heaping plateful of the daily/weekly/monthly dish. (I reserve the right to determine the size of the plate I use).
Can't handle the background noise.
Not a fan of using a folding pocket knife for slicing food. Particles, juices and oils can get into the hinge. But you gotta use what you got, I guess.
I understand that. I have had good luck with using my Swiss Army Knives, they are stainless and I am good about tool maintenance.
