Yummy Yummy....I love this cake. We always make it with aqua mille fiori...this flavor is so unique and beautiful but even hard to find in Napoli. I'm happy to have family there.
My family from Abruzzo used rice with a dozen egg yolks only. For a month after Easter we made nothing but Angel food cakes to use up the whites !! Thanks for a great video!
Im about to attempt this cake this weekend after trying it at an italina recipe and loving it! Daft question, I dont have that industrial mixer, anyone mixed it by hand?
will be making this soon for the pastry can i use vegan butter and for the filling can i use almond milk / vegan butter and ricotta i need to find some of the ingredients in Singapore i never had pastiera napoletana before perfect for my birthday next year on 19 September and after office snacks love your recipes making me hungry Thanks Ramya
That's unfortunate! 😔 It can be challenging to find certain ingredients in different countries. However, you can try substituting it with a similar cured meat available in the UK. Let me know if you need any suggestions! 🇬🇧🍝
It must be wonderful if i serve this on lunar new year for my entire family, thank you Vincenzo, now i know what i'm gonna make for lunar new year🤣you were such a help from heaven🤣🤣🤣
Panettone is very challenging, I have not a recipe for it! But here you can find my recipe of Panettone filled with ice cream 😋 www.vincenzosplate.com/recipe-items/panettone-gelato/

@@nygreek743 no sorry there's a difference between carmalized and burnt. This is burnt and any baker worth his salt would never sell this to a customer.
