Justin, the two rings inside the back wheels are weights. the are installed to aid traction and counterbalance weight on the loader bucket or forks.

You should turn Lucky into an art piece next to the people barn for the kids to play on. In San Diego at the children’s museum they have an old car that kids can free paint. It would be cool for the different visitors to leave their mark on the farm.

Lucky would look absolutely beautiful next to the People Barn as a playground for kids, painted shiny blue. One of my fondest memories as a kid was visiting the local farm park and playing on the playground tractor, pretending I was feeding out. Lucky can spend the rest of its life teaching chidlers!
