Thank you so much for this video. I started out making candles about 2 years ago from a candle kit I brought from Amazon. The kit was easy to follow and the instructions manual came with color pics. I now have stopped making candles for a while now because of fragrance not really releasing, the wick moving from the center when I poured the hot wax and the holes and uneven wax with the finished product. The manual never explained half of what you just said. I am actually excited again to make candle again. Thank you for your insight, tips, and knowledge; I appreciate you 🙏.

On adding up your wax say u have 4 8ounce candle jars you take 4 for the amount of jars times it by the amount of ounce each jar holds which is 8 and divide by 20 that gives u the amount of wax. Hope that helps.

I'm sure you've figured it out now but I clean as much wax out as possible, either by melting the wax down and pouring on a piece of wood I use in my fireplace, or. Put it in just enough hot water that it melts the wax down and wipe with a paper towel. After that, you can soak in the sink amd clean OR you can just wiped down where the wick will go and reuse the jar. I reuse mine about 4 times. Keep in mind that the glass may lose its integrity after each use so be extremely careful.

This was very helpful! Thanks ☺️! This was my first time experimenting candles and I was wondering is it normal for it to look like a whirlpool after lighting it. Could that be the oil?

Hi Jeff, thank you for a very good video , I always watch & subscribe all of your demos …. My concern is Im here in Toronto Canada, the wax that I am using is a mix wax, from my supplier, the name of the mixture is freedom & Millenium , which is already a mix wax, I am just wondering if which is better to use , I have couple of boxes of that mixed wax…my question is shall I buy another box of 444 & 464 ? Can I mix them w my mixed candle wax ? Thank you …

If your cold throw is good but hot throw is bad, how do you fix it? I am using approx 10% fragrance oil with the soy wax. Used both 444 and 464. Also will this wax work for free standing pillar candles or will I need to add something to them like coconut oil or paraffin
