What kind of white paint do you use as a base coat on your oyster shells? I can’t imagine decoupaging that pine cone! How beautiful and unique.

I am doing a big poject for my daughters wedding with oyster shell trinket dishes. I have never heard of triple thick. I already have 3 layers of mod podge and plan to do a laquer spray . I am looking for a thick layer to hide the wrinkles of the napkins. Would you advise a coat of triple thick or have I done too much already? Thankyou loved your video but I already started my project.
