For those looking to try BPC-157, this is the current product I use personally and recommend for my patients, as it is the stable form of BPC-157: bit.ly/3kxMmYg
Very interesting. If you did fine with the injectable then it's either a byproduct the BPC is turning into in the gut/liver (which we know very little about) or some other ingredient in the oral form
I am planning to start BPC-157 to try to heal an injury in my lower back-slipped disc that is fairing every 1 or 2 years. Has anyone heard of any success stories for a similar injury?
Hey Doctor. What dose would you recommend for a meniscus tear and recovery of ACL surgery. I will be injecting in the area. 500 mcg a day? Thanks in advance.
First, you don't need to inject in that area, as that doesn't improve outcomes. Second, here's our standard advice which is for oral, as we use oral most often as it works just as well as injectable: The most common starting dose we use with patients is 500mcg, once per day on an empty stomach. The time of day doesn't really matter in our opinion. We normally have patients take BPC-157 for at least a month to determine if they see improvements, but sometimes it takes longer to see effects as tissue healing takes time. We then have patients continue on the BPC-157 for several months, and then we might trial taking them off to see if their symptoms remained improved or if they regress. If they regress, we put them back on it.
In a clip I saw you say that BPC should be injected and isn’t absorbed orally…. But here you say we can take it orally. What is your official recommendation?
Can you please send me this clip? I dont believe I have ever said that BPC-157 is not absorbed orally, and my stance on this is extremely strong and has been for a long time. I may have misspoke or something may be said out of context. Oral is very effective and is absorbed well
I heard that one of the reasons that bpc-157 isn't being investigated heavily despite its promise is that most research is funded by the pharmaceutical industry and they have little interest in trying to spend money on a naturally occurring compound that's difficult to patent. Is that true?
Yes! You can get the oral BPC-157 that we use shipped to canada. If you're able to work with a naturopathic doctor locally that uses peptides, there is one compounding pharmacy that doctors can get injectable BPC-157 from. We use the BPC-157 capsules from InfiniWell as they use the arginate salt which is the better form of BPC. To help out, we have a 20% patient discount code on our website regenerativeperformance.com/supplements (code is RP20). Once on that website, click the InfiniWell link. There are three options for BPC-157, and truthfully all of them work well!
So why doesn’t it work in everyone? Are some conditions not responsive or are people rejecting it in the body? I’d heard the body can recognize it pretty well. Are the people who aren’t responding to that also not going to respond to other peptides like is that a sign of some issues with peptides in general or is it just that one specifically
The same reason that nothing in medicine (pharmaceuticals is our best example here) works 100% of the time - we don't always know! If patients don't have a response to it, it doesn't mean they won't respond to other peptides
I tried the nasal spray and had a bad headache and diarrhea within 24 hours. Should cut the dose in half and try again? I have a brain and spine injury - CSF leak.
Been watching your videos and they are very educational. Had a question? Came off of my trt last March and began to have symptoms such as costocondritis and now having acid reflux in my stomach because of the inflammation from my rib cage. So now I am on omeprazole 20mg daily kinda helping but now really, also prescribed on naproxen which last me maybe two weeks and didn’t do nothing. Been researching this bpc-157 and looks promising, but my question is can I inject the bpc-157 into my ribcage cartilage same with my chest in some areas that I am in pain??
don't inject the BPC into your ribcage cartilage. Unnecessary and risky. Just take the oral version, it works just as good as injectable in most people. We use the BPC-157 capsules from InfiniWell as they use the arginate salt. To help out, we have a 20% patient discount code on our website regenerativeperformance.com/supplements (code is RP20). Once on that website, click the InfiniWell link, and then choose the product labeled 'BPC-157'. When you hover over the product, you will see it says 'Original Formula' above the ingredient box). This is the version that does not have SNAC, which we find works better.
So he keeps mentioning his “Kentucky Compunding pharmacy” but never gives the name. Where can we order legit, FDA approved BPC???? The infiniwell linked place is in TX. Just a bit confused. And what dose do we take for injury repair? Knee MCL and meniscus injury from tennis as well as shoulder. Thank you
There is no such thing as FDA approved BPC-157. Keep scrolling if all you care about is something being FDA approved. The 'great FDA' that has actually forced compounding pharmacies to stop making peptides for BS reasons, meaning that millions of people are losing access to peptides that actually help them.
We have not had any patients who have ever healed cartilage from using BPC-157. We have had people see improvements in pain, but we don't see evidence of true cartilage healing on an MRI. If we are aiming for cartilage or meniscus healing, we are usually needing to opt for high dose PRP or stem cell therapy, delivered into the joint, into the meniscus, and into the bone deep to the cartilage. If you decide to trial the BPC-157 oral, here is our approach: The most common starting dose we use with patients is 500mcg, once per day on an empty stomach. The time of day doesn't really matter in our opinion. We normally have patients take BPC-157 for at least a month to determine if they see improvements, but sometimes it takes longer to see effects as tissue healing takes time. In your opinion, would the combination of using a tens machine and taking bpc 157 help me with my meniscus? Even though you've said there is no true evidence bpc 157 restores cartilage? Thank you for your reply
Would BPC-157 work good for natural treatment of light bursitis of the elbow? Been having this inflamation pain come and go after training for a couple of months now 3-4.
Helped my hip bursitis very much … injections right into the bursa…. Peptide science is where I get mine,. Felt nothing with there suggested dose of .1 ml ( reconstituted) but I doubled to .2 and felt immediate and substantial relief
Is it possible to buy the bpc 157 in europe? Where can I find it? Thank you very much for all the knowledge and congratulation for the great job you've been doing!
I have chronic low back pain every day and my knees are starting to hurt a bit when sitting too long I was thinking about taking BPC 157, but I’m not sure which is best. I prefer an oral rather than injections. What would you suggest?

The most common starting dose we use with patients is 500mcg, once per day on an empty stomach. The time of day may not matter, but it may also be better when taken before bed. We can have a free call to see if I think I can help you with our PRP and stem cell injections.
How much can one roughly expect to spend to get the injectable form from your clinic for everything, including visits and medication? I'm guessing around 700?
I have been taking it intranasal and I think its helped a bit with pain but not sure. Would the oral form be more effective and does it matter if it comes from a compound pharmacy or an online shop?
We don't use intranasal. We use the InfiniWell brand for oral as they use the arginate salt. We have a 20% patient discount code on our website regenerativeperformance.com/supplements
I bought a bottle along with Epicatechin but honestly am afraid to take it . I'm on Lisinopril 10mg daily for blood pressure. Wondering if it's ok to take with that . My bottle of Bpc157 says take two capsules daily.
I have a old miniscus tear and it has become inflamed due too much training. Dor miniscus and knee Do you have good experience with Bpc? I would like to inject bpc close to the knee. Does this make sense?
We have been using BPC-157 for years. You do not need to get it close to the knee, that doesn't improve your response. Take an oral supplement it will work just as well. This is the one we exclusively use - bit.ly/3gTNrEI. You can also use our code RP10 to get 10% off.

Hi Drew. I have a slap (labrum) tear of my right shoulder. I have recently been speaking to a weightlifter who told me he had slap tears in both shoulders (one of which was so bad he could'nt lift his arm half way) but recovered with no surgery, using a targeted program for nearly a year. I am looking to do the same and try to rehab with no surgery and resume the weightlifting I could before this injury. I am looking specifically at doing a program of BPC 157 and TB 500 along with rehab work for shoulder. Is recovery possible without surgery?
Yes recovery is possible without surgery! We've had a good chunk of people come through our clinic that we've helped heal labral tears without surgery, using supplements, peptides, regenerative injections and PT
@@DrewTimmermansND I had not had a Cortisone shot in a long time because the last time I had one it felt like it was not working much for me and I heard that they are bad in the long run. I started taking BPC 157 and TB 500 and I have been taking it for quite a while. I decided to actually go ahead and get another Cortisone shot. My shoulder is REMARKABLY better. I am feeling no pain or agitation. I went online and read that Cortisone along with BPC 157/TB500 works wonders. I went into the gym yesterday and bench pressed with no pain whatsoever. I am still taking it slow as it pertains to increasing my weight load......but honestly I feel like I have a new shoulder.
Hundreds of million dollars in philanthropy to go through clinical trials. They are trying to get the product GRAS status, which means generally regarded as safe.
First, it’s important to know that the FDA is in bed with pharma. Second, since BPC is found in human gastric juice, pharma cannot create it and therefore is labeled as a supplement and not classified as a drug. It works great for me though, but it will be hard to find all the comforting studies to prove it. I have come to realize there are two people in this world. Those who take everything and anything and those who need lots and lots of research to even try something. But you gotta decide for yourself! Good luck!!
I am 58 YO tore my pectoral muscle 2 mo ago getting strength back . when I flex still a little deformed I just ordered BPC-157 planning on SC to the site will this help overall for me? also going to try TB -500 any recommendations ? should I try going back to 100 % lifting or continue to take it easy ? thank you I feel for you ND the big pharmacy controls the MDs
Sorry to hear that! I cant say if it will help you or not, but your injury is something that the BPC-157 could help with. We usually add in TB4 for our biggest cases (such as a pet tear) or if there is scar tissue. At some point you'll want to load the tissues (exercise) but you don't want to rush that. Take it slow, and slowly overload as tolerable. If you still have issues at the 6-9 month mark you could consider looking into regenerative injections
@@DrewTimmermansND thanks for the informative video. I have recent injuries that happened ( within the last 6 months) , elbow, wrist and Achilles heel from my gym time and tennis. My question is what kind of medical practitioner would I need to visit to get the prp injections prior to starting bpc orally? And can you suggest genuinely good oral brand I can get? Hopefully without a prescription. My GP is very conservative and reluctant to start any treatments I discuss.
I've been reading lots of papers about the rat studies, it seems really promising for human use (especially coupled with the anecdotal evidence). I know clinical trails cost money and recruiting for human trails is hard..but with the possible benefits of BPC 157 seemingly being huge why is there such a lack of human research? It seems super odd to me that something that could be so useful and seemingly so promising has very little human research and very little negative side effects in the research....any thoughts on this?
@@DrewTimmermansND if a big pharma did a study and it was successful wouldn't they be able to bring this to mainstream audiences and make money that way? It's confusing to me the anecdotal success has not pushed for larger effects to research and approve this treatment
BPC-157 can't be patented at this point, so if big pharma paid millions to run a study, they wouldn't have exclusive rights to it, so they wouldn't make their money back
Would BPC-157 be good for repairing damaged neurotransmitter systems? I took very high dose Betahistine for a short time to try to upregulate my H3 receptor, which turned out to be a bad idea because now I have a constant extreme lack of wakefulness. It hasn't gotten much better over the past several months :/
@@DrewTimmermansND Thank you so much for your answer ! It gives me hope to heal this injury. Unfortunatly i'm not in USA. Any idea on how i could get good BPC 157 quality ?
Hey doc! I broke my first metatarsal on my right foot and had surgery where plates and screws. The plates and screws have been taking out and still have some pain in my foot walking. Do you think bpc157 could help heal Possibly damaged nerves and tendons ?
BPC-157 may be of benefit for helping your body to heal damaged nerves and tendons yes, or at least reducing the pain from them. To be quite frank, we have been seeing even better results when stacking BPC-157 with a product called StemRegen by Kalyagen. This product is seriously blowing our minds with how well it helps people to heal. It releases stem cells from your own bone marrow which can travel to areas of injury and help to heal. We've got a link (with a discount) on our website - regenerativeperformance.com/supplements
I have arthritis on both hands on my thumb. I am in lot of pain. I took cortisone injections few times. It is not helping at all. I don't want to go for surgery. I am thinking of trying this BPC 157. I am not sure if I should take the injections or capsules. Will this help me with the pain. Could you please recommend. How long I am supposed to take this. I would truly appreciate it. This is the one we recommend ps bit.ly/3gTNrEI. It may be helpful, wouldn't be able to say for sure without seeing you in person. But that's a condition we would try it for in my practice.
Great question! Personally, I think most people should transition into barefoot runners, unless there is significant congenital changes in the feet, such as being truly flat footed. You have to be really careful with transitioning, and you have to do it slow! Too fast and you risk injuring yourself worse. There's a great podcast called The Drive by Peter Attia. He did an episode with Beth Lewis on barefoot shoes, I highly recommend you listening.
@@DrewTimmermansND Thanks! My BPC-157 arrives tomorrow and hopefully it heals me in time before I go to Airborne school for the Army. Appreciate your help!
I am a pitcher and had Tommy John surgery about 8 months and still dealing with pain in my elbow. Would BPC-157 be a beneficial treatment? I have tried PT and about every other type of treatment
Why might a delayed release capsule be more beneficial? Do you recommend delayed for any of your patients? If so, do you mind revealing why it might be advantageous to take delayed. Thanks
So I'm still learning more about the delayed release and testing it out. The claim is that the delayed release is better for GI conditions because it stays in the gut for longer. I'm still testing that out to see if I see that pattern as well
What’s the recommended dosage subq at an injury site? How long would you run a cycle ? Can you elaborate on the dosing slide you showed it briefly, but didn’t get back to it. I don’t understand all of the acronyms.
@@DrewTimmermansND I watched the other lecture, thank you. I wanted to know if you could split a dosage up into multiple (IM, IA, SQ) injection sites for a few different injuries, or would it be more beneficial to address one injury at a time to seek more benefits quicker? How likely is it to get an orthopedic doctor to willingly administer it through an imaging source such as ultrasound sound if I already have the peptide? In the lecture I heard you said it’s more beneficial to administer it through fluoroscopy or ultrasound to get directly into the damaged tissue/joint so IA. This would be difficult to do alone and more painful, so could an individual perform IA injects and IM by themselves through research? Strictly for research purposes.
I do not recommend you try injecting inside the joint or into tendons yourself as that could cause more harm if you hit dangerous structures. Just a single subQ injection in the belly is enough for most people as it goes systemic and helps multiple different injuries that way.
Very good video 😊 for how long should you take bcp 157? Until you have no pain or should you take it longer? Can you take it even if you don't have any pain just to prevent injuries?

I sprained my wrist due to a snowboard injury. Got a small ganglion cyst in my wrist. Is it okay to use bpc to speed up recovery? Injury was in end of august, seen a doctor, done scans, seen physio and doing rehab. And it’s just taking a very long time to heal
Can't say if you should or shouldn't as that would be medical advice. But we use a lot of BPC-157 for injuries such as that and most people see benefit
It can be yes, but there's no literature on this so not sure how effective it is for recovering from exercise. I would make sure you have other things dialed in first for exercise recovery before spending the money on BPC-157- proper rest and sleep, 1g protein per lb of lean body mass per day, 5g creatine per day, etc.
It's definitely an underrated tool to use, but most people don't need it if they actually cleaned up their diet, exercised daily, slept more, and removed stressors from their lives
What do you think about the use of peptides while you have an active infection? Lets say you have a collagen disease caused by an infectious disease, treating it takes years though. Meanwhile more and more damage is caused, do you think starting with peptides sooner rather than later is a good idea even while you might still have an infectious agent in you? I understand that, at least the regenerative, peptides do not have any antimicrobial purposes so obviously this would be for example while you are on antibiotic therapy. Do you happen to know any reason why this might be contraindicated? Thank you!
I'm terribly sorry to hear that. It possibly could, I wouldn't be able to give more than that unless I performed a physical exam on her. This is the place we recommend: bit.ly/2WsJtby
I am about to try BPC-157 for my existing shoulder pain/knee pain. I have heard of it increasing cancer cells IF you have them, is that true? I know that the chances of that happening are slim, but I wanted to ask an expert. The benefits are amazing and I want to take it.
There's no evidence that BPC-157 increases cancer growth. This notion comes from the fact that BPC-157 can promote angiogenesis, but that has been taken out of context and erroneously led people to believe it increases cancer.
@@DrewTimmermansND you're absolutely right. After injecting my elbows with BPC-157 for a week I got a weird 1-2mm blister on the carpal end of my index finger.
Hey, great vids. Just started a course of BPC157 to help heal my ruptured Achilles tendon that I have just had surgery on. I have a cast on my leg that goes up to about 6 inches below my knee. I’ve been injecting in the back of my calf just above the cast to get as close as possible to the tendon. Wondering if I should just inject directly into belly until my cast is off and I can get closer to the injury, what do you think ? Thanks Any advice appreciated.
No, do not screw around with trying to inject it near your injury. 100% BS bro science. Just inject subQ in your abdomen. No matter where you inject is subQ, it goes into your blood stream, and that's how it has its effects.
@@DrewTimmermansND Hey, for an acute injury like post Achilles tendon surgery, how would you actually know if BPC has worked. Would you just be hoping for the surgeon to tell you he can’t believe how well it has healed for some confirmation. or is it one of those things that’s hard to really measure but you just hope it did something…..maybe when I have a follow ultrasound on the tendon the level of healing might tell a story ?
Doctor. I use BPC 150 2 weeks after a disc herniation operation. Already last 4 days with 250 in the morning and evening, but it seems that I have a side effect - mild diarrhea. Maybe it's because I took antibiotics before? What to do? Should I continue?
Possible to heal the tear, but can't say for sure unless you try it. Most people notice improvements in their pain within the first 4 weeks! If it helps, it could could 6 months or more to fully heal
Hi doc!! Question: I realize BPC helps with repair and recovery. Can this also help repair muscle breakdown and repair in the gym? I am not trying to ask if it’s a steroid or something unrealistic, I’m just curious if it aids in muscle growth and repair or speeds up that process along with its healing effects? Thanks
There are anecdotal reports of this, and this may be one of the reasons WADA has banned it. The basic mechanism of action would indicate that yes it could help with that
@@DrewTimmermansND thanks doc! I just received the BPC from your recommendation. I am a lean male, do weightlifting 5 days per week, with my lumbar spine issues from a spinal fusion at 17 years old, Harrington rods fused to T3 because of a 57 degree scoliosis curve that developed when I became a teenager. Below my fusion my lumbar has had some disc pains and sciatica. I am 40. Although I look fit, I wake up every morning super tight and i feel like I can barely put one leg over the other, like a robot without oil if that makes sense. I’m trying to help solve this. It’s probably inflammation or possibly from something in my diet, along with all my pains and aging. I do consume some walden farms syrups and there may be some ingredients that are causing this, but I’m not sure. I’m hoping the bpc helps with these pains I have and all the tightness. Do you work with some patients with spinal fusions often? I might ask if I can pay for treatment advice someday if your clinic provides remote calls. Thanks!
Yes we work with patients who have had fusions on a regular basis. Sadly there are a lot of failed fusions out there. Thankfully we are able to help a lot of those people.
@@DrewTimmermansND I know, it’s really sad. Ronnie Coleman, the bodybuilder, it’s argued that the surgeries he had is what really caused a lot of his problems, despite the massive weight he had been moving. Have a great day!
Hey doc I took course of antibiotics for hpilory and now I am having stomach issues such as acid and pressure feeling in my stomach if I eat anything acidic my doctor recommends to take anti acid pills but I was wondering if bpc 157 will help to heal my stomach ?
Potentially. I only treat orthopedic pain, but when I used to treat GI conditions i used it with good success frequently. This is the one we recommend bit.ly/3gTNrEI
Dr. Drew, when using this for gut repair, is there any information on how long to take it? I read 1-3 months, your thoughts? Can it be taken longer or should you take a break and then start again later? Is it effective if you take as needed? Thanks!👍😊
Not as effective if you take it as needed, you want to be on it for longer. We keep people on for long periods of time, especially if they are still healing. I don't believe it needs to be cycled. Make sure you are using the arginate form as it's better than the acetate. We use InfiniWell now (formerly owned by DNA Health), and you can get a discount code on our website if you'd like to save some money - regenerativeperformance.com/supplements
I started using 1mg(500mcg morning/500mcg evening) IM or subQ as close as possible to my knee surgery(acl reconstruction and meniscus arthroscopy). I wonder if a higher dosage would be more effective.
@@michaelwaxter3372 it's hard to measure, quantify and compare because I've never used before and didn't know exactly what to expect, but from all the readings from forums and UA-cam videos, I think I had major improvements on pain management. Not much on mobility and strength. I'm basically pain free in 2 weeks post op and expected to be able to bend, flex, twist and stretch. This is not happening yet. I'll keep using it, doing my physical therapy and see how it goes. If you can afford, buy it. That's my suggestion.
I can't give you a specific recommendation to take it as I'm not your doctor, but I have prescribed it go patients for that reason before. This is brand we recommend - bit.ly/3gTNrEI

It can help with recovery of injuries tendons, yes. Can't say how long you should run it for, but a logical thought is as long as you have pain. This is our preferred brand for oral use: bit.ly/2WsJtby
Dozens of things could be helpful. To get into the nitty gritty on your case I'd have to see you as a patient. Check out my IG story highlights though and you might find some ideas
Its actually best taken with food. If you look at Diane's original patent, and the research behind that patent, BPC-157 is slightly more stable in acid levels that mimic when there is food in the stomach (so higher pH). Its still effective on an empty stomach, but better with food
Doesn't the oral BPC 157 work best for intestinal related problems and not so well for muscle, tendon, bone & ligament healing as compared with injectable BPC 157 at the equivalent dose? I've read that in order to get an equivalent effect from the oral form, it needs to be taken in at least twice the dose of the injection, so 1000 mcg per day on average. Is that about right?
Nope, thats just bro science. But yes higher doses are needed orally due to some loss of absorption. But oral works great for MSK issues and injection works great for gut, and vice versa
Doc, 65 World Class OLYMPIC LIFTER in the 1980s...Still real strong. 100 kilos class still. Slight Shoulder injury, and groin pull. What if 1ml in injury every day? 1/2 in each sight.
Could you please inform on side effects, especially the heavy neurological ones affecting the frontal lobe? Lots of anecdotes out there on this issues and it would be nice to have a professional honest view on it.
I am still not clear on where the frontal lobe side effects are coming from. This has never been documented in the research, and I've never had it any of our patients (>300 patients at this point). We have always used BPC from trusted sources. From talking with people, not a single case that I'm aware of when the peptide came from a compounding pharmacy. I have concerns that its because people buy junk from labs that aren't compounding pharmacies. That's what I know at this point. Still always looking into it.
@@DrewTimmermansND basically anyone can find these anecdotes on peptide communities both on Reddit and Facebook groups, plus several comments on UA-cam videos. These are people who allegedly tried BPC 157 (various sources and regular 250-500mcg per day, i.e. nothing crazy) and even with only 3 initial doses already reported a change in their drive/motivation, mood/personality, lack of emotional connections, loss of sensitivity to stimulants and even to pleasure; anhedonia, and others. There’s even a poll made by an admin in one of these FB groups and statistically these people with pretty negative effects represent 10% of cohort. Pretty serious I’d say
I'm not saying that these are not occurring, I'm just still trying to figure out if it's actually from the compound BPC-157, or a filler or something bunk used in non-pharmaceutical products. We have to figure out more. At this time I have not had a single case with using pharmaceutical grade BPC-157.
@@DrewTimmermansND thanks! Out of curiosity: are you and your team documenting your results (w/ humans) officially to release a formal study/paper in the scientific community any time soon? That would definitely be amazing and very constructive!
Unfortunately not, because that would require that we only use BPC-157 as a solo therapy, which we rarely do. In order to be a 'good' scientific paper is should only have 1 variable and a placebo group. That would require a full clinical trial, which is not something we are set up for.
Quite possibly yes. More likely that it will help with the wrist compared to the shin splints, but it's still possible. This is the only oral brand we recommend - bit.ly/2WsJtby
Do you think this could have negative effects in teenagers if taken? Also would 1mg be a good dosage amount? Also would their be more health risks with acetate bpc compared to Arginate?
No studies on teenagers so can't comment on that. 1mg is on the higher end of dosage for oral and injectable, but is a reasonable dosage we use at times. No increased health 'risks' with one version vs the other, just reduced absorption with the acetate salt vs arginate therefore less results

would this help repair cartilage from repeat shoulder dislocations? also how long do I have to use it to get back to weights
There isn't a ton of research on cartilage repair. In those situations I prefer to use injections like PRP or microfragmented adipose tissue
@@NoNo-ro9gx did you get your injectable thru pharm or trusted site? If so what site?
That is really strange. Which brands have you used?
Very interesting. If you did fine with the injectable then it's either a byproduct the BPC is turning into in the gut/liver (which we know very little about) or some other ingredient in the oral form

I am planning to start BPC-157 to try to heal an injury in my lower back-slipped disc that is fairing every 1 or 2 years. Has anyone heard of any success stories for a similar injury?
super helpful and infotmative video thanks a lot!
Glad it was helpful!
Great information! Thank you I’m going to give it a try!
Truth. There's no big money in it to justify running a multi million dollar clinical trial
If you have any information regarding use and MS, It would be very much appreciated. Also is there any additional risk for growth of cancers?
Hello doctor, any safe way to get BPC in Canada ?
Can you take it as a Tonic for the body?
When I was writing down what it does, I skipped everything and just wrote 00:09
🤣 a lot of stuff

Question. Would bpc 157 have any effect on an epididymal cyst, as far as making it grow with increased vascularity ?
Extremely unlikely based on what we know about BPC-157

There is no such thing as FDA approved BPC-157.

Excited for you!
Wouldn’t bpc157 by injection at the sight be more sight specific?
Injections right into my bursa helps my bursitis tremendously… oral doesn’t seem to help me as well
Since it works systematically, it said to not need to be injected site specific. Many do though.
Does BPC-157 repair tendons and ligaments better if you inject it straight into the tendon/ligament?
We have found that yes, so we sometimes include that in our injections.
It will work for torn meniscus?? I had a right knee surgery now I feel little pinch in left knee and look like meniscus.
it may help relive some of the symptoms of a torn meniscus, but it is extremely unlikely to heal or repair the meniscus
Can BPC 157 heal/restore cartilage? as i have a meniscus injury that i have been dealing with for the longest time
We have not had any patients who have ever healed cartilage from using BPC-157.

Hey Doctor, I am suffering from retrolisthesis....can BPC 157 help me to heal from this injury
Doc. What is needed to get this compound FDA Approved?
Good luck!!

No one wants to spend the money to do a proper study because BPC-157 has already infiltrated the market.
@@DrewTimmermansND if a big pharma did a study and it was successful wouldn't they be able to bring this to mainstream audiences and make money that way? It's confusing to me the anecdotal success has not pushed for larger effects to research and approve this treatment
BPC-157 can't be patented at this point, so if big pharma paid millions to run a study, they wouldn't have exclusive rights to it, so they wouldn't make their money back

whats your thoughts on the BPC 157 &TB 500 blends. for injection
Not a fan because they have different dosing protocols. We dose BPC-157 daily and tb500 twice per week
What’s the recommended dosage subq at an injury site? How long would you run a cycle ? Can you elaborate on the dosing slide you showed it briefly, but didn’t get back to it. I don’t understand all of the acronyms.
I have another longer lecture on youtube about BPC and other peptides! Search for that and you'll find the answers :)

Thank you!
Little too in depth to answer outside of an appointment. We use some peptides to help with the infection, but never instead of standard of care
My mother had a knee operation about 15 years ago and she still suffers with pain, will BPC help her?
What about skin issues such as eczema? I already ordered BPC and epitalon not sure whether I can get any results.
The skin and gut are linked, so it often does have an impact on the skin
Thanks
Any advice appreciated.
No, do not screw around with trying to inject it near your injury. 100% BS bro science. Just inject subQ in your abdomen. No matter where you inject is subQ, it goes into your blood stream, and that's how it has its effects.
@@DrewTimmermansND Great thanks 🙏
Could be random and unrelated, also antibiotics mess up the stomachs natural health pretty good so could be that
I have 3mm x 6mm tear in superspinatus tendon on shoulder. Can this repair the tear and approximately how long will it take to see results.
Possible to heal the tear, but can't say for sure unless you try it. Most people notice improvements in their pain within the first 4 weeks! If it helps, it could could 6 months or more to fully heal
Does it imply that before taking bpc-157 capsules one should at least have a bpc-157 injection for a more synergistic effect?
No we don't believe that provides any synergistic effect
@@DrewTimmermansND thank you so much!
My pleasure!
My surgery was performed in 1997 so it hopefully will last! The herniations to the discs that aren’t fused I’m trying my best to preserve. Thanks again, I hope the BPC is a benefit for my pain. Have a great day!

Can you take bpc for long term? Like 2 years continuously?
Haven't found any reason that it needs to be cycled
looking to take this for small bowel chrons after surgery. would rapid or slow release be better?
We always use rapid release even for GI conditions. Make sure you use our code RP10 to save 10% as well. bit.ly/3gTNrEI
Trying Sublingual, 200mcg in the morning 100 mcg in evening for meniscus tear. Any dosage suggestions.?
We have seen anecdotally that higher doses help some people, but not everyone
Could you tell how much it helped? I have a shoulder replacement coming up I'm considering it
@@michaelwaxter3372 it's hard to measure, quantify and compare because I've never used before and didn't know exactly what to expect, but from all the readings from forums and UA-cam videos, I think I had major improvements on pain management. Not much on mobility and strength. I'm basically pain free in 2 weeks post op and expected to be able to bend, flex, twist and stretch. This is not happening yet. I'll keep using it, doing my physical therapy and see how it goes.
If you can afford, buy it. That's my suggestion.
@@leporoso1986 thank you. I bought a few but I'm totally new. Which foreman are good?
@@michaelwaxter3372 what's foreman?
I ruptured my achilles and am now 4 weeks post surgery, would you recommend taking it for recovery?
I can't give you a specific recommendation to take it as I'm not your doctor, but I have prescribed it go patients for that reason before. This is brand we recommend - bit.ly/3gTNrEI
Can this be taken in cycles for general muscle recovery from workouts?
Some people do that yes
Do you think its can be good for carpal tunnel syndrome combined with tb 4? And what the storage time under room temperature when bpc is mixed and for tb4 too plz?
Ive just had a complete rupture of achilles tendon, would using this help with recovery? How long should i run this?
It can help with recovery of injuries tendons, yes. Can't say how long you should run it for, but a logical thought is as long as you have pain. This is our preferred brand for oral use: bit.ly/2WsJtby
@@DrewTimmermansND thank you, anything else you would recommend that could be beneficial for my recovery?
Dozens of things could be helpful. To get into the nitty gritty on your case I'd have to see you as a patient. Check out my IG story highlights though and you might find some ideas
Can bpc 157 arg capsules be used as suppository?
Hi doc, is the oral BPC best taken on an empty stomach or with food?
Doesn't matter!
@@DrewTimmermansND Best taken on empty stomach.
Don't need to inject into the injury, unless that's done by a trained injection therapist under ultrasound guidance. Daily subQ works well
Could you please inform on side effects, especially the heavy neurological ones affecting the frontal lobe?
Could bpc help with shin splints from running and a damaged wrist from a biking accudent?
