@@chapiscreations451 Hi! Are you trying to vectorize the font so it can be cut/engraved? Whatever artwork is in your file will automatically be grouped when it's placed in the GF app. :)
When I click 'adjust artwork', to erase, crop or tune an image, there is no 'apply changes' button on my screen. How do I fix that?
Hi I'm hoping you can help me I have reached out everywhere to no avail. Can anyone tell me why when I set a design in my Glowforge and trace it and then place my artwork and everything looks fine it cuts at least a quarter of an inch bigger than I was expecting.
Hi Cindy! Are you using vectorized artwork or are you using a regular drawing?
My glowforge pro is not letting me move the design wansts I upload it to engrave, if I want to moev it around it won’t select the objects or move any idea what is happening?
Hi! That is strange. Did you try creating a new document in the Glowforge app and uploading your design again?
@@VicTacToe i use inkscape for my designs, not sure if this has something to do with it, very hard to contact tec support only forums
Hmmm it could be, I’m not sure. If you email support@glowforge.com they should get back to you within a day or 2!
