Ok, I just have to help you out on this. You take a pan with water and bring it to a boil. You put a soup plate or a bowl on top of that and you add 135g of 75% cacao chocolate for deserts making (specificaly desert or baking chocolate) and you add 80g of butter to that as well. You mix until melted so that it does not burn (you breake everything into little peaces first so that the process is quicker and you also do not want the boiling water touching the bowl, just the steam). Then you take a big bowl and you beat two eggs with 150g of caster sugar. You add the melted chocolate mix little by little and keep mixing (you have to wait a bit until the chocolate cools down a bit so that the eggs do not curdle). Then you want to sift 130g of all purpose flour mixed with 0,5 teaspoon of baking powder and some salt into the mix. Mix that until combined and pour it into a tin lined with parchment paper. Bake in the oven at 180º Celcius until it crackles all over the top or you can poke it with a stick and if it comes out more or less clean then it is done. I hope you enjoy and I hope you never purchase a premade brownie mix ever again xD.
