As a fellow 25yo following my dreams, I know that feeling of “how much better it can be” very well but it’s so important to remember we’re already doing great by simply putting in the effort. Things can only get better and better!!

My son, Michael Watanabe is also a chef and he loves to bake. He’s so passionate. He is the one that sent me your video. This is his dream what you were doing open up a shop in Colorado and he’ll run it. Lol I’ve never seen a hard worker than him and fast and clean.

Thanks Sarah! 🫶🏻 He learned at home from Google & UA-cam! Started selling croissants from home (hence the shop name), grew a following which eventually led to brick and mortar store : ) in terms of setting it up, it was just going with the flow!
