When you say "fix" you mean take apart. If this was a "fix" then amongst the "things you need" at the beginning you need to include a spare bumper to replace them with.
If tour LB or RB is stuck, the most likely cause is that one of the prongs that come from the LB/RB piece snapped off. EDITED: make sure you use high quality Legit super glue because all I had was finger nail glue, and it didn’t last but maybe 5 to 7 hours of Playing Elden Ring before it broke off again so yea the nail glue simply wasn’t strong enough, and I would suggest perhaps even Gorilla Glue if you’ve got it as that might be the Best
Mine has done the exact same thing the plastic has snapped off so I’m super glueing it back together!

Remap LB to LT when playing soul games and ninja gaiden. The block/evade is actually more effective
1:25 is a meme. This only works because he's removed the side panels on this controller a dozen times before. You can go around the entire panel with a screwdriver to pry it loose first.
Thank god, I thought I was starting to break mine
I assumed the same thing with how hard it was to remove
Superb man I just fixed my Series X pad after watching, thank you 👍
Thank you! You saved me $120!
Thank you my bro, appreciate the help 🫡
My left bumper just died. This is a new problem for me. I've never had shoulder buttons go bad on any 1st party controller before. This controller is crap. I had problems with it since day one. I still have working Xbox 360 controllers that are better than this.
The newer generation controllers seem to have more of an issue than previous gen unfortunately.
@sorry I've had three of them with unresponsive lb buttons, at this point i just want the xbox one controllers back
@@vhroom3436 yeah, my original xbox controller lasted 4 years...
Once u get the 2 back handlecovers off u can I jam it through the backside near where the battery’s go in by putting a screwdriver behind the buttons or even just ur finger and pushing it back
resetting the pieces seems to help, also cleaned mine and it seems a a little looser which is good, not as snug.
For some reason, the centre screw and left hand side of controller (as using it) fit the star tool, however the other side, same size screws but don’t fit the star tool 🤷🏼♂️ this is the UK if that makes any difference. Thanks.
Hi many thanx just fixed mine and saved 40 pounds quoted to fix
