Omg I’m only 10 minutes in but I’m terrified at how similar my childhood and story is to yours. I suffered with severe eczema which started at the age of 6, as well as having two cancer scares, seasonal allergies and just always being ill. I eventually became really mentally ill and barely stopped showing up to school. As a smart student I got really left behind, all my teachers thought I wasn’t ‘good enough’ to progress to the higher levels and got placed into all the lower classes. It was heart breaking. I eventually managed to heal my health issues these past two years through somatic trauma therapy and eating clean (I went vegan and cut out all processed foods). I am also the daughter of an immigrant and refugee in a foreign, ‘first world’ country, as well as being bullied in a Christian school, and having lots of home issues/trauma. Much love to you 😢❤
you're not alone. i know the hell you've been through and you are so strong. the journey you have fought through is 100x harder than any of your friends or teachers could ever imagine. i am so proud of you Maya. ❤
You are so resilient Mila. As a Hispanic woman, the middle child, and someone who has struggled with their mental health this is so inspiring and I am thankful that you made it out of that dark place. 🫶🏻

Oh wow. I usually would never share this internet wise but let’s say I maybe had schooling in DFW area for schooling. I was there for the elections and funny enough the teachers talked about voting voting voting for whoever we wanted. Very encouraging etc. But then when it came to after elections it was keep it on mute and we weren’t allowed to talk about. Even tho some teachers showed excitement or hints. My friends school they had ppl talking in classes and cheering or debating post elections. Majority voices being certain group. What your school did was absolutely insane and inappropriate esp for the kids who maybe were minorities or differing opinions that had to face all that at young age. Anyways thank you so much for sharing your story. I actually bought your product bc I’m going through a rouuuuuughhhhhhhh period post grad past few years. I’m a lil older. From mental health to physical health it’s a lot. It’s so heavy and If you can get better - I hope I can do too. Your inspirational for me. If you don’t mind me asking, has your drink concoction helped with your mental health or/and has other practices or supplements/medicines helped supplement that?
