❤️ Hello friends, and wish you all a very Happy India Independence Day🫡 This year we proudly celebrated our 77th Independent Day. And like every year this year too we had a small celebration in our society premises. We all got together and hoisted the national flag and sang the national anthem and also there were other patriotic songs sung by a few members of the society. Kids are very excited on this day because they are served their favourite samosa's and jalebi's.
So after the celebration with our society members it was now time to continue the celebration at home. Since my mother in law had come to pay us a visit I requested her to make everybody's favourite Chole Bhature. Her Chole Recipe is just amazing and her simple Bhature Recipe makes the Bhatura's so light, soft and fluffy. So in this vlog we share with you the her version of the Chole Bhature Recipe. Hope you like it and share it with your family and friends.

Ingredients
For Bhatura
Refined Flour/Maida 500gms
Oil 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt A Pinch
Curd 2 tbsp
Milk 1/2 Cup
Sweet Soda 1/2 tsp
Water for kneading
Oil for deep frying.
Ingredients for Chole
Kabuli Chana/ Bengal Gram 250gms
Black tea leaves 1tbsp
Oil for cooking
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Cloves 4
Cinnamon 1 inch
Green cardamom 4
Black Cardamom 1
Black pepper corns 10
Ginger 1 inch
Onions 2 medium
Green chillies 2
Red chilli powder 2tsp
Salt as per taste
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Aamchoor powder 2 tsp
Water as required.
