❤️Hello friends, moving out in the rains in Mumbai get's difficult at times, the roads are full of pot holes and there are traffic snarls everywhere. So on this rainy day we decided to stay put at home and enjoy the rains from our window, but then the day would be incomplete without some hot and simmering food. And so we prepared a complete home style Chinese meal to enjoy the rains all the more. Some soup and fried rice with Paneer chilly and Schezwan chutney.
So hope you like this vlog and share it with your family and friends.

Ingredients
For Veg Sweet Corn Soup
A can of sweet corn cream
Water 600ml
Oil 1 tbsp
Spring onion with greens 1
Garlic 2/3 cloves
Carrot 1
French beans 5
Salt as per taste
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Cornflour 2/3 tsp
For Paneer chilly
Paneer 200gms
Oil 1 tbsp
Chings Manchurian mix 2 Sachets
Capsicum 1
Onion 1
Green chillies 2
Salt And Pepper
Water as required
Spring onion greens for garnish
For Veg Fried Rice
Steamed rice 2 cups
Oil for cooking
Garlic cloves 2/3
Dry Red Chilli 2
Spring onion with greens 2
Carrot 1
French beans 5
Capsicum 1/2
Cabbage 1/2 small
Salt as per taste
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Soya sauce 1 tsp
For Schezwan chutney
Kashmiri Red Chilli 15
Garlic cloves 6/7
Salt as per taste
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Soya sauce 1 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Garlic cloves 2/3
Salt as per taste

Vinegar main red chilli overnight bhigana hota hai for Schezwan sauce...also fried rice boil krte waqt bhi thoda vinegar ,oil aur salt daal kr. Boil kre tabhi exact taste aayega...gravy ke liye koi short cut ki zarorat nhi hai .ginger garlic chilli soya sauce aur corn starch hi lagta hai
Rice boil karte time black ya white vinegar daalna chaiye and kitna qty mein??
