ONJ spoke of this performance and she said she was in tears because of his cocaine addiction. She had to keep looking away from him because it broke her ❤to see him coked up that night. He kept trying to wet his lips due to dry mouth. I'm so sorry he passed away so young. 😥
He was gone waaay too soon for sure. From what I have read over the years though, everyone who cared about him implored him to stop, but alas addiction did him in.

Truly live -not lip synching! This must be a real feat with the harmony and everything... and the piano simply makes it timeless! They should've done this very same take in a studio, or at least release the track or the whole concert to enjoy good quality sound 🙂
