I used to love siege and what honestly put me off was not the rude ass teammates, or the shop prices, it was 1000% the cheaters, I could never tell if I just played something wrong and got punished or if my opponent was cheating and that was so frustrating even with the game now having a replay mode, in the moment that ambiguity is still there and I don't wanna have to spend 45 minutes dead just to confirm a cheater.....
and they just dont get banned alot of the time

It truly is bizarre to me that higher ups at Ubi haven’t accepted that the ROI in a better anti-cheat is worth it. If everything comes down to dollars and cents, then they should be doing what makes wholly logical sense. If better anti-cheat -> less cheaters -> more engaged playerbase -> player recommendations for new players -> new and existing players continue to spend money on your game. Obviously there’s more that goes into that, but purely from the cheaters issue, it really is a no-brainer. And yet, we continue to see time and time again, that it very much must require at least one brain cell to make that decision, and execs don’t seem to possess one between them.

simply put rainbow is wayyyy to far along for any anti cheat development to be worth while… regardless of the current player base there’s nit a lot of players if you compare who still plays to other games. how does the age of the game have to do with its anti cheat ?? most of the original creators and people who made content for this game have likely been replaced and so have some ubisoft people so that leaves a heaping pile of code to be protected by a bunch of new people…. yeah not happening lol their best shit is to see this game through and if they choose to make a rainbow six siege 2 , from there they can work to make a better anti cheat 🎉
Problem is, cheater gets banned and buys game again plus everyone who stays to buy things in the game anyway. Sales of R6 keep happening because it's dirt cheap now and everyone who gets banned can just rebuy it within 5 minutes.
i was a new player who picked the game up a week ago and recently put the game down as i grew more accustom to the issues with the game and more familiarized. One was the servers, i got kicked from a match and when i hit reconnect i got suspended. Disconnects on both teams were fairly common and seeing a whole match where all players were connected the whole match was pretty rare. Two was i learned about how rampant the cheating is. Three was i learned about the rank 2.0 system which greatly diminished my excitement about working towards unlocking the ranked playlist. And fourth was its actually pretty toxic of a game with these discord duos and groups that group up and then harass the solo players.
oof, there used to be a vote to kick function that got removed SPECIFICALLY because of the 4 stacks picking on the solo player.
I just want to say if you went off and started a commentary channel like some of the content you have here, I would watch the heck out 9f that. I like how you tied seige to geopolitics or how you pointed out opperator design changing over time as a reflection of culture. That was very clever and fresh to my ears. Id like to hear your thoughts on games like Ready or Not.

Definitely need the anti cheat. It is hard to say the bugs are because of the engine though, a game of siege's scope is extremely complicated and bugs are much harder to weed out. Anti-cheat is completely separate from bugs though.
You said exactly what myself and most of the community think about siege rn.
After 8 years playing at diamond/champ level this was the first season in which my stack and I stopped playing after the first match of the season had 2 cheaters (day 1 BTW) and a crash without reconnect possibility.

Been playing since day 1. Have taken several breaks over these years due to burnout etc. I can back towards the end of last season and was amazed at all the new changes. The gameplay felt like it was in a super sick spot at the moment and yeah Defending is still super strong but still. The game felt overall awesome again. But I could feel the massive influx of cheaters every day. Started with one a session maybe. And now I’m up to 50-75% of my games are cheaters (Diamond Ranks) The funny part is, I’ve gotten 0 elo back this season. NO ONE HAS BEEN BANNED. How is that even possible genuinely. I have never ran into this many cheaters in any FPS since cs go casual lobbies with no prime. It is truly intolerable and I have to take a break from it because why would I waste that much of my time waiting to go next, just to be put into another cheater game. I really hope they take control of this situation because this is plague level cheater status right now.

Just finished playing a game with the #50 ranked champion in the world. He had a 12.5k/d and spinbot all of through walls.
Cheating is only one of the big issues, I and from what I've seen many others have issues even getting into a match. The servers are terrible right now.
I would honestly appreciate it if they did another Operation Health, forget crazy new content for a bit, fix the big issues and make the game playable again.
Even IF they give us new content, last year the release of what 2 out of 4 seasons got delayed and while I try to think "Well, maybe we get a more stable experience then" it is just never true.
We still have big issues all the time, some of which fair enough Siege is a complex game, but stuff like Servers and Anti Cheat should have an availability of like 99% nowadays, which means they can be down for about 4 days a year, in Siege it often feels more like you can actually play the game for maybe 6 months. Most of the time it's bad.
Ban waves might be fine for stuff like banning people due to toxicity, but for the love of god, how can cheaters be allowed to play as much as they want.
And if there's no cheaters in your current match, the TDM meta makes REAL siege unbearable as well. And if by some alignment of the stars you have a game of strategical, competitive siege, you get teammates that are shouting homophobic slurs at you. Had this happen to me today.
The bulletproof meta had its own share of problems, but honestly the shift from that, where gadgets and operator synergy were the center focus of the game as they should be, to the TDM meta was the final nail in the coffin for my enjoyment in the game.
I'm sure that the servers could also use some help. Throughout deep freeze I've been having great complications to even get qeued into a game, especially when playing with my duo either one of us kept getting hit with server errors. Does anyone on EU-central or EU-west have similar problems? Because it's frustrating when you can't even play the game and after a few games it gets old and you end up playing somethig else.
The only reason I still play this game is because of my friends and recently they don’t even want to play. The cheaters are everywhere no matter what mode you pick and with T hunt gone it’s just not the same😢
Good video G! Cannot believe it has got to this point, and it's incredibly hard on people in your position who cant just pivot. I've seen other siege (and non siege) content creators try to pivot from their chosen game, and its hard. It sucks the blowback things like cheaters have on you guys.
I remember watching Evan Braddock a few years back, every season he would have a video about the cheating problem. It's not a new problem, everyone and their nan knows this, it's crazy that the people at Ubisoft don't see this, or don't see how this is and will continue to eat into their profits moreover. Unless year 9 shows genuine change, I find it hard to believe Siege will evolve past its problems that have been consistently there for years.
Just know that you have shooters who will support you whatever you decide to do for your content, if worst comes to worst. Hopefully it all shakes out alright mate.
I'm part of a discord server full of UK collegiate players that run comp length 10 mans and it's been extremely popular since the release of the season because these players (ranging from Plat to Champ) are actively wanting to play siege competitively while avoiding ranked. The cheater wave isn't NA exclusive and its incredible that Ubisoft aren't working on a decent anti-cheat (or at least not showing anything for it if they are). It's great coz these guys are great fun to play with AND against but, yeah the fact that we have to make ranked replacements is ridiculous.

For me the main problem no one is tackling on is Ranked 2.0 and how REALLY bad it actually is. I shouldn't have to be facing players that should be ranked higher every single game and it's so exhausting because this game now feels like it's too much thinking involved to the point where the "fun" aspect is now thrown out and you have to make it a chore to play Siege and I get why they designed it that way to have players play the game more but is that's the case then they shouldn't be listening to pro players and content creators (to a certain extent) since at the end of the day, each and every single INDIVIDUAL player has their own play style, can't have everyone play the game as if they're getting paid when the vast majority ARE NOT. For example: Unnecessary nerfs come from them like Nøkks Silent Step or Zofia's Last Stand and that's ridiculous I mean nobody asked for those except for the %1 that are getting money to play, but NOT US!!

Cheating is a rampant problem across multiple games now. Even the new and shiny The Finals has a lot of cheaters. Apex has been dealing with the same crazy cheaters for multiple seasons. Totally agree with your point, and it's even sadder that your point can be applied to other games as well. Genuinely think this is the beginning of the end for online competitive games.
My take from a console pov.
I hate the boosting, xims, cronus, and ddossing.
I feel the only way to fix the mnk issue is to simply add native mouse and keyboard for console.
It’ll turn it into PC where everyone uses MNK but you have a sprinkle of controller players.
Yes Xims and Cronus will have 0 recoil but I’d rather MNK vs 0 Recoil MNK

Atleast this gives more of a fighting chance.
It also lets pro players who deal with cheaters and hackers on pc change to a different platform, but can keep that same playstyle. They don’t have to shift and it’s fun for them to actually play the game if they want to play on console etc.
ive played this game since beta. its been my favourite game ever, i am currently on my longest break since the game released. i stopped playing on christmas because of the cheaters and i am currently not missing it.
I agree the cheating problem is killing the passions for gaming altogether, recently I’ve noticed that out of my favorite games to play both competitively and casually they all have the collective issue of being plagued by cheaters, tarkov an siege being the two main ones for me, I even tried the finals recently only to find out the game had a cheater epidemic day one and the few games I got to enjoy were just a lucky streak of not having blatant cheaters, I find it insane that all games have this issue and at this point I don’t care if I have install riot spyware as long as I get to play my game without cheaters, I even heard from someone that a requirement to install some cheats is to uninstall vanguard so I guess riot is the only trustworthy company when it comes to anti cheat.
This is a wild comparison but Roblox which as everyone knows is a kids game last year got a new anti cheat which happened as a result of almost all the top developers on the platform complaining about how they couldn’t win against cheaters. As a result Roblox invested 11 million dollars to acquire byfron, as a result the cheating problem on a platform that is older than rainbow six siege has almost no cheaters which is wild to me.

@@ernie1410 From what I can tell, it seems to be a game of cat and mouse now where console M&K providers develop patches to work around MouseTrap. Last I played on console, M&K was a common run in. It's pretty pathetic and it's why I don't even bother with Siege on console anymore.
@@ernie1410 XIM is detected, but there are many workarounds for cheaters to use. Almost every match has someone using a cronus for aim assist or mouse and keyboard. I have noticed a massive increase in cheaters over the past 1 year.
It's insane. I only play quick match (because i don't like bomb) and 9/10 matches have at *least* 1 cheater.
It's even in console quick match.
Really haven’t been having fun with siege since the servers DO NOT WORK. I might just be insane but me and my 8 friends all can’t get siege to work at all. Half the time we will get kicked from our party mid-queue, and if not que times will just take forever. Even setting up custom matches will usually kick them from the party until the 3rd attempt. Anyone else had this or are all of our collective internet plans bad?
The sad thing is even at my low rank and not being the greatest player I come across cheaters every once in a while in the lowest of low ranks and CONSTANTLY see a huge wave ban of like 30-50 ppl being banned when I do play there’s NO reason you should be cheating in the lowest rank possible let alone in general. I think one of the problems is people do look at it as “I got the most kills I’m better then my teammates” rather then a team based game and as long as they get the most kills that’s all that matter to them which I think makes the cheating just as bad to
It's like they treat siege like cod: kdr and all that. I don't ever play to win, I play cause I want a good time with my friends. If I have to try, I'll just play like thermite or thatcher. They can't complain when I at least use my gadget correctly

My biggest problem right now is server connection issues with a squad. We lose connection twice between each round.
Ultimately the source of all of siege's problems is a lack of resources and misallocating those they have. You can see this in aspects of the game that go beyond the obvious cheaters and bugs. Like how the replay system has been in beta for almost 3 years, or them removing t-hunt in favor of adding new AI bots that are probably also going to be in beta for 3 years. I know this is a live serve game meaning the corporate overlords will never do the right thing, but speaking hypothetically, the best thing for the game's health both sort and long term would be to focus resources on stabilizing the game's core and the content already in the game. They've continued to build on a rotten foundation for years now and it is really showing. At this point, you can't trust fundamental aspects of the game to work correctly consistently. But despite the fact the game is falling apart, the higher ups have deemed it more important to put resources towards a skin market, rather than fixing the games issues. And I know why this is, because skins make money and fixing the game doesn't, and that's why this game will never reserve the care it needs, money is all that matters.
As someone who has investigated it, mouse trap takes 2 matches to detect mnk and then its very simple to reset the detection system after being detected so it does find it Decently it just doesn't punish you enough to stop

I switched to pc about a month ago, just downloaded siege after nearly 5 years on console (and 1200 hours plus) and even in just unranked I'm getting so many cheater's.
This season is actually the worst season I've experienced, after 6/7 years. They removed T-Hunt for a barebones AI/Drills mode, Insane cheater wave way worse than any I've seen before, Yet another S-tier defender to the already strong defense, "reworking" frag grenades to not only make them worse, but Ubi thinking they would still be strong and nerfing the arsenal of operators as a result like IQ's gun damage being lowered or operators losing gonne-6, the new map is frowned upon (even after having experimented on it), it's just another giant map with 50 rooms like previous additions. People like to shit on siege dying but this season really is a new low
Not only are the cheaters a large problem, I also think balancing is also a large enough issue - game has been around for 8 years so there will be issues but damn they are slow to do things ...

these overt cheaters genuinely bewilder me. I genuinely believe there needs to be some in-depth psychological study on them. at least with the implicit cheaters you know it’s because they just want to look skilled and be communally accepted/praised.
these overt cheaters are either mentally ‘slow’ and therefore not cognisant that it isn’t ’just fun’ and is literally killing the game and community… or perhaps they are cognisant of that fact, but simply do not care. perhaps this is due to depression, selfishness, misanthropic spite? what makes a person take this much enjoyment out of ruining other people’s day? I don’t know😆
Tarkov very recently had a similar problem. I'm sure everyone (even those who never even watch Tarkov content) at least heard about the Goat video, but for those unaware, Basically Goat (UA-camr) bit the bullet, bought hax for Tarkov, and used them to expose just how bad the cheating problem was. He calculated that 60% (conservative statistic) of matches had a cheater in them. This came right at the heels of a major uproar in the community. There was a lot of built-up frustration from the games' snail-paced development, the terrible netcode, the litany of game-breaking issues that have persisted through years of development, and of course, cheaters. Frustrated by the cheating crisis, several youtubers set up a community-based anticheat system, similar to CSGO's Overwatch system. The devs did not take the endeavor seriously, and ended up falsely banning some legit players. It's hard to describe just how dire a state Tarkov was in during Q2 of 2023. The game came very close to dying. A huge chunk of the community had stopped playing, and several big names in the community were giving BSG (devs) an ultimatum: Get off your asses or we quit. BSG pulled through, but barely. Tarkov ONLY survived because it has no competition. The devs have put in a lot of work improving the game since then and the most recent update finally fixed the recoil system, which was one of the most major complaints the community had. Tarkov feels so back, but it also might be too little too late. Tarkov is about to see its first true competitor, and if Grey Zone has even a modicum of talent behind it, Tarkov will sink faster than the Titan DSV. Why do I bring this up? R6 is in the same spot. That so-called 'late fee' is very real and it could easily spell the end, because the players will never forget any of the broken promises and missed deadlines that they've put up with. At the moment, I think Siege is just niche enough to not completely fall, and a lot of people just don't want to give CCP Valorant kernal access, but when a halfway competent competitor comes along (maybe PVP in Ready or Not?), it won't matter how much R6 tries to stay afloat, people will have moved on. Ultimately, I see this as a good thing (for the gamer). Competition leads to innovation, and some of the best games have been made by capturing a jaded audience from the arms far less competent developers. Just look at how much Fortnite mogged PUBG. Personally, despite having over 6k hours in Tarkov, I would gladly play a different game if it did the same thing better.
I haven't touched the game since the day after Xmas. My stack is comprised of people from Emerald to Champ and the cheating is so bad that it's literally unplayable. Multiple spinbotters with insane stats like 6.0 kd and 90% winrate across 200+ games, blatant wallers and everything inbetween. I want to invest time into the game and continue to improve but it's impossible to do so when cheating is so rampant. Even with all of these encounters with cheaters, I've only gotten RP back ONCE this season.
With me and my brother that play on console, me at like emerald/diamond rank, and my brother at like silver, I’m trying to help my brother improve his game sense and mechanical aim, but its all futile when at the the level I play at I cant even tell if someone is cheating or not, it makes it so frustrating for me and him because Im getting slammed from something i cant physically compete with and my brother never even gets a fighting chance to learn the game. I really love this game and how much strategy is used in a shooter and it’s so sad to just see it butchered.

Does Ubisoft have the resources anymore to be giving out blank checks? Without knowing specifics, I’ve heard that Ubisoft in general isn’t doing too well. Is that still true?
I quite playing Siege after Para Bellum on console and little bit after Wind Bastion on PC, idk why I did but the game was just getting old and too sweaty for me back then and haven't played since 2018. I picked it back up after one of my friends showed me some Jynxzi clips and I thought it would be kinda fun to try the game out and see how it's doing.
Overall it was okay but If you weren't sweating and getting top of the board every game it just felt so agonizing like the satisfaction of getting a kill or winning is so low do to the amount of effort you need to do well in casual I can't even imagine what it's like to play ranked.
I stopped playing again after 2023 Halloween event once people started to sweat in the LTM mode, like bruh it's a LTM chill a bit and after that it re-confirmed my belief that the push towards competitive is really strangling this game, it kinda works for R6 just do to how the game is but kills any casual player base as the learning curve is super steep right at the start, if your a new player your just going to get stomped out and feel like shit and then your gonna go play a better game. like a ultra competitive game is not fun, Siege is almost fun it just has this wall you need to break through and Halo Infinite a game focused around competitive died off so fast and has slowly been crawling back up after having it's entire management purged and is almost in good state now.
After ditching R6 my main game has been War Thunder the gams is just good it has it's flaws but every thing for the most part is just nice, the skill gap is high but steady the knowledge to play the game is crazy like going up one tier can completely change the game like for props to jets. the game has been my favorite since 2018 and I have keep playing it since , I have 5k+ hours it and I am still learning things. The game still kinda has that old 2016 feel where people don't really care about comp just doing well and wining games and when you get into a long drawn out fight it is some of the most fun I have ever had in any game, like there's just something about coming across someone of similar skill mid match and having a fight with out being forced into it by a comp mode.
Honestly with your type of Videos I think you could do well in WT as we don't really have anyone who dose in depth how to's for vehicles, and right now we are having a big player boom and if there was ever any time to try and break out the the R6 prison now would be it.
anyway I have been watching your content since at least since 2018 and I hope you can find success somewhere besides R6 as it just looks painfull to cover.

Honestly the only reason siege has survived this long at all is because siege players have way too much patience. You wouldn't expect anybody to be patient with the game to this degree but that's the kind of people this game attracts. And I'm sure ubisoft knows this and are just stretching us as far as we can go because we haven't ever managed to punish them for how slow they are at handling issues. The game can be its worst state ever but we still keep going back because when you get that one good match the game is so fucking good. It's really sad that the company has basically zero respect for the players when we have really stuck with them through times that would kill any other shooter. Instead they just take it as a pass to fuck us over again.
At a certain point it's not even patience, it's being accustomed to the mediocrity of the game, I stopped playing it a year and a half ago and the devs haven't even fixed the tdm meta, my brother in Christ how much time do you need? The situation has unironically got worse in the last year, but the last time anyone remembers the game being somewhat enjoyable is so far back in the memories of the players that bad quality and management have become trivial. If a game of the calibre of siege was released today by a company like ubisoft with the problems and quality of siege, it would be dead after 3 months at most, but siege already has a fanbase, so at this point ubisoft would need a fuckup of cosmic proportions to seriously kill the game.

There is a good Valve dev GDC talk about anticheat, where he mentions how because 1 match has 10 players (context CS but applies to r6 in player count too), if only 2% of all players are cheating, that means that about 10% of played games have at least 1 cheater in them, and at 7% cheaters it's already at 50% probability. I feel for the devs of all mp games who have to fight cheaters, but there is clearly things that you can do that work better than others
Gregor hasn't sounded passionate about Siege content in years. He keeps dropping hints about how tired he is of some aspect of the game, and he clickbaited that one video talking about how he wanted to quit the game in general, but nothing's really changed. It's kind of depressing at this point tbh
the only way to truly enjoy Siege at this point is on a lan game on a Computer cafe, with roaming guards and surveillance lol.
My console trio has been in quick play for 7 years - can confirm cheaters are there
I play diamond-champ elo on console, and at this point there doesn’t even feel like a reason to push champ. With the consistent amount of xim/mnk, last time I hit champ I genuinely had no physical reaction. I literally took a screenshot then turned off my console. It was less a feel of accomplishment and more of a “it’s finally over”.
Cheating has always been an issue on PC. I think the fact that so many high level players have left the game has compounded with its surge in recent popularity and made the cheater epidemic feel even more severe now than ever.
I have only been playing siege consistently for a year and i can confirm that xim and zen have gotten out of hand. I have stack of friends that like to play siege but one of them is taking a break due to us running into a lot of kbam players, and me taking the same incitive in just playing another game. In the same breath you can't get ban for cheating on console at least to my knowledge there are so many work around and mouse trap was a flop and has not worked at all this season and even the end of last season. btw Im in gold 3 if that sets a standard.
I can’t even play siege rn due to server issues. Neither can my friends. We queue up and one or multiple of us get disconnected from ubi servers. We get an error message while queuing and then have to reconnect. Try again, and then someone else gets the server disconnect. Lol it’s bs. Sometimes we’ll be able to play a match or two and then we end up getting the server disconnect after while trying to queue, and then we can’t get into another match after that. Tried all the recommended fixes, it’s definitely ubi servers and not us. We’re lucky if we can get into a quick match, forget ranked. Before this we were getting black screen crashes during matches, but that seems to have been fixed now. This season has just been fked tbh
Edit: can’t even freakin solo queue after getting the ‘unable to reach servers’ error. So it’s not an issue with being in a stack.
its been an issue for at least 7 years now. at some point ubisoft is going to have the face the music and drop battleye in favour of an anticheat that actually works.

I haven't touched Siege in a few weeks now due to the insane cheater issue. I have seen cheaters every other game I played during December. I don't understand why Ubi can't construct an AI based anti-cheat that just tracks how a player is playing and compare it with "this is what a legit would do", holding angles, wall banging on sound queues, C4s on yellow pings etc.. If we can see it on the kill-cams and in the match replays surely Ubi can see it as well. Really hope Ubi is going to take this seriously, if they are "committed" to another 10 years of siege I really hope it is not a 10 year cheaters slugfest. I probably won't last that long.

I've been playing since y5 in ME servers u face cheaterseven in silver/gold lobbies.
The game is in the mud due to cheaters and all we get is a Reputation system that ironically is as pointless as battle eye.
I quit Siege because I can’t play ranked, the system is broken and cheating is horrible making ranked pointless as many cheaters sit at the top.
It’s honestly crazy how much we still care for this game after how badly they’ve done it, it’s honestly amazing and shows how good of a game it was

Devs do these bans in waves because of the credit card charge backs that hits the cheat sellers. They want all of these to hit near the same day to make the sellers have the worst day possible. And even if they patch things to make the cheats not work it turns into a arms race. I feel like this puts things on a timer and it kinda depends on the game I guess. Im surprised there isnt more cheaters in a game like League.

I write cheats as a hobby and it's much harder to prevent cheaters than people want to believe. Contrary to popular belief, Battleye is not a bad anti-cheat and its weaknesses in protecting siege largely stem from 2 things: High incentive to cheat and the fact that so much information about reversing BE is available online (because it is so widely used to protect competitive games). These are not factors that can be changed or even diminished by ubisoft and leave them with very few options. From a developer's perspective, all roads to fixing the cheater problem would cost a fortune and not be guaranteed to work, which makes ubi's actions a bit more understandable in my eyes.

I have actually gone up against a full on cheater on console. Full blown hip fire headshot lmg zofia, using gadget without deploying etc. I tried to report but the report system was down but I did upload a video of the replay to YT. I tried to get my teammates to report but I got told to "git gud". This was in probably low gold rank btw and was also a couple years ago now
Literally my new year's resolution was to be a content creator for this game. I'm off to a great start 🙃
Siege has been rough these last few weeks. I get to play maybe one or two matches a day due to work and other social responsibilities, and cheaters can very easily ruin my entire gaming experience since I can't really just "go next." Not to mention the server issues the European servers have been having have prevented me playing on some days entirely. I understand when devs have to deal with the problems that come with a live service game it takes time and resources, but it seems like the backlog of problems have a potential to bury the game altogether. Players would probably complain about Operation Health 2.0, but back when they did that it really helped the game. It seems like they need another Operation Health now more than ever.
The fact that I play(ed) Destiny 2 and Rainbow Six Siege has got to be a cruel joke. FPS as a whole are so unappealing nowadays. Tho to be fair they never really were to me. Guilty Gear and Tekken 8 it is for me. On a more serious not I sincerely hope you can strive as youve been an inspiration to me and other youtubers I watch. Both in mentality and spirit.

Operation Health 2.0 is necessary. Back then everyone was angry, but they look back on it and see it as a good thing. I think it is that time again.
Had a guy on my team a couple of months ago who we recognized as a cheater and lost him the game..and the audacity of the guy to plug his YT channel where he post "montages" of him playing. And there are videos of him from a year ago doing it. Havent played the game since then and remembered him, looked him up on r6 tracker and found out after some investigation that he has 20+ acc which have been banned and he is still doing it. His newest one has like 30 kd in silver 2 . Good game

A whole different discussion could be had regarding the pitfalls of algorithmic engagement. As a general internet user, google has become absolutely useless to me when it comes to finding any information. This problem extends to Google's baby, UA-cam. I have to vigilantly cultivate my own personal recommendations to keep the garbage out, and content creators are trapped in this abusive cycle where they have to game the system to keep afloat.
Ubi higher ups really shitting the bed with what is one of the greatest FPS of all time. People like Gregor single handedly helping keep the community alive by being the voice of the voiceless. Wake up Ubi.
Can honestly be said about any AAA company at the moment.
"Why do we keep coming back to this problem?" That's the thing, I stopped. The game - no, not just the game, the community as well - has so many ingrained issues that just makes the ~2000 hours I spent on this game feel like a waste of time in my life. The one good thing that came from Siege for me is the long-lasting friendships I made, but finding those friends isn't something Siege specifically did, that could have happened in any online game I play. Siege had a good run, but I think it's time for it to pass.
