Dude! Stop being concerned about what others may or may not think of you, just carry on pushing out great videos! BTW my first RC car was a Tamiya Subaru Brat, I got that for Christmas in about 1982/3 my mate got the Frog and that was way faster than mine :(
I couldn't care less what others think, it was just a video opportunity!
I just drive the Tamiya Lunchbox about while everyone else in my neighbourhood has £500 traxxas cars :( But the lunchbox is better than the rustler 4X4 so I'm happy :)

Brings back memories of running after a runaway RC car, remote in hand, trying not trip with the long antenna poking out. Every RC run back then was a minimum of $50 in broken parts. We had fun, spent all our money, and learned a lot. My first car was a Tamiya Hornet, then a Traxxas Bullet, and a series of hand-me-down RC10s, some completely built from spare parts, along with a handful of on-road pan-cars later on. Well Kevin, I enjoy watching your videos. They're fun to watch. Your having fun either bashing , racing, or modifying your RC's. Maybe that other guy is just jealous. Keep doing what works for you and you'll always have someone curious enough to watch and get a laugh, or even learn something. I'm a fan.

That's so awesome seeing you so long ago in RC and and still holding the hobby till today my first RC was a black foot when I was 11 then I got a Traxxas nitro hawk and loved it beat the crap out of it, then a nitro stampede ,then tmaxx, Revo,jato, emaxx,erevo,summit and so forth just a great and fun hobby it's come a long way with brushless

Don't listen to him because the point of an rc car is to enjoy them and have fun and you always ended up fixing them. Your channel is great.
I wouldn't sweat it dude, you're one of the few on here that comes off as honest, you're often out there with kids, and your buds, you're like a big kid at heart, and there's nothing wrong with that, just keep being you.

This was an awesome video my first car was the grasshopper the I converted into a hornet I LOVED that car and thinking of getting another one I currently have a two crazy fast Kraton 6S a traxxas trx4 that I just picked up and Hpi drift car and I still have a keen hawk from tamiya but it’s so hard to compare today’s brushless cars and trucks to the days of old rc cars but we still had a lot of fun with them didn’t we
People take life to seriously...honestly I think your channel is great..people may say to stop worrying about what people say about you..but their not just saying it to you,rhein saying it to your followers and your channel that totally kicks ass by the way..well done kev...keep doing what your doing and if someone else's channel fails that's on them..they can blame you if they want..really it's their subscribers not watching or being loyal...

My first rc was a Tamiya hornet building that from a kit over xmas with my dad amazing memories! My 2nd was tamiya Venessas lunchbox . So cpl of years ago I got my 7yr old his first non nikko style rc a animus cheapo 60quid rc and took him to the bmx track to jump and bash and do doughnuts yes had to replace drive shafts Then wishbones then motor burnt out not wild reliable but he loves it. Still runs but think he needs 1 that can take more of a beating and the animus can go to his 6yr old brother !!

I can't say ive been doing it quite 20 years, but I got a T-Maxx for christmas in 1999, the OLD .15 Maxx truck lol, Id say alot of people don't even remember the old .15 traxxas engines coming in the T maxx stock. Such a torque-less turd it was, It went threw several different engine combos. I now own all Electric trucks, I want to buy my dad a T-Maxx to play with me and my E-Revo, but Id also like to buy him an Emaxx because Nitro fuel is getting so hard to find in my area.

I got me a Losi XX from that timeframe. Just bought some universals for it. Got it for christmas one year. I was prob about.. 7? Recently got back into Rc vehicles and bought a Rustler. So i have my vintage Losi XX and my new rustler.
The sad part is my dad's Losi XX CR was stolen from our garge one day :(

Hey Kevin, I really don’t think Chris was talking about you. Chris would not intentionally hurt anyone for any reason! He’s a great person that was going through some things and wanted to share with his viewers. I talk to him regularly and he has never mentioned you in a bad light. Let’s all support each other in this hobby and not throw rocks at each other. RC should be a positive experience and a safe zone from all the hate in the world!

Do your own thing Kevin, they’re your cars and it’s your money and the videos are fun to watch. I can’t afford to push my cars and break them all the time so it’s good to see what their limits are so I can push mine a little harder knowing what the breaking point is. Have fun, that’s what it’s about!

Everyday rc is a really nice guy. The thing is that if he quit youtube because your video was more popular that mean , he want to have view and not doing video for fun. If he was doing video for FUN , then the fact that your channel grow and you "steal" his viewer will not affect him. The thing is that , you can have the best video quality and expensive rc , if you dont make amazing stuff with it , people not gonna watch it because they can do the same thing with their own rc. You have done some pretty insane thing with your rc , and that why people really like your video , me first ! Your style is to puss the limit of your rc . This is not the ONLY way to do awesome thing. You can do good jump and amazing moment without destroying it . So if HE want to have more view(because he seems to wanting that) , he have to do best thing. Just like you. People like your videos , because you create new content and not some boring rc stuff that is cool when are doing it , but when somebody whatched it , its boring.
