Doing Masters over Diploma is always a great idea. If you have time & availability of college offering Masters in SCM, go for it. It will reward you greatly in long terms.

I completed my graduation from BMS, so should I pursue diploma in SCM or do MS.SCM, actually it has been 4 years since I completed my graduation.
