I have no real interest in vintage toys but for some reason I cannot help get excited for froggys videos. There is just something about his knowledge, passion and kindness that draws me in ❤
Hey Froggy, that deck is interesting, Powell Tony Hawk shape, silver graphic. From what I can tell from the baseplate has Gullwing trucks and the hardware is legit old school as the bolts are long and have domed heads. It had a tailbone and rails probably fitted with Powell SexBolts hence the holes in the top of the deck. Can’t tell what the wheels are but they look more modern. The signatures are a mystery but maybe Matt and Larry at the Bones Brigade Audio Show Podcast will know, drop them a line!
My mom bought me the oculus madball squirter when i had chicken pox when i was a kid. I put it in the fridge trying to gross her out and i forgot about til now. Happy memory unlocked. Thanks Froggy!
Froggy's vids are so very comfortable to watch that literally i watch when i come home from school, it makes me relax and fall asleep ( not that it is boring) is that because of how relaxing it is to watch
Even if that old board was just signed by a bunch of neighborhood skaters, it is still rad as hell! Love seeing old boards like that in the wild. Even if that wasn't a big name's history - it was someone's history! Almost 2 decades ago, myself and some skater friends back in high school found an old vintage G&S out in the middle of the Arizona desert. No idea how it ended up there, but we considered that our holy grail haha. It was such a cool relic. If you don't find any value out of that board for yourself, I bet some skaters in your area might find it pretty rad! Cheers, Froggy!
Nice score on the Twitter Sister DVD destined to be more of classic than it already is Saw TS play on the regular here in NY back in the 70s happy birthday to Sarah Enjoyed that little bit of bass playing.
just recently discovered your videos. they're always super relaxing and just fun to watch! I love seeing all the stuff and different treasures some people have. Thanks for the vids man!
I would love to go to yard sales and hunt for bargains. Unfortunately I have a degenerative illness that has left me unable to walk so I’m pretty much housebound. That’s why I love this channel. I get to live vicariously through Anthony. I never miss a video. Great work!
Nice score on the Twisted Sister DVD, destined to be more of classic than it already is. Saw TS play on the regular here in NY back in the late '70's. Happy Birthday to Sarah. Enjoyed that little bit of bass playing.
That was one rad little Kustom amp in blue sparkle Naugahyde! I had a much larger Kustom bass amp back in the early '70s. It was in black tuck & roll Naugahyde (It took a lot of dead Naugas to cover that amp, we use to say. LOL!). It could really kick out the volume!
I have no real interest in vintage toys but for some reason l cannot help get excited for froggys videos There is just something about his knowledge passion and kindness that draws me in ❤
Awesome video as always, Froggy. I don't know how you had the discipline to stay away from the Peter Cetera cassette tape. You are a better man than me.
Cool you went to a sale from a guy that’s been at your sales. 🕴🏻Doo doo doo doo. Liked the amp test. 🤘 Crazy how the toy gods listen sometimes and start laying the treats you seek at your feet. 😂 Thanks for the video brother.
Cool stuff. I'm not a guitar player but that amp sure is cool. A magic eraser might get that personalized name off the blade. Ive used it for marker on metal before. Happy birthday Sarah
the board is super interesting. Based on what you showed, the signature looks like it was on before it was skated based on the wear areas. I am personly unfamiliar with a silver blank from Powell but it doesn't mean they didn't make one. I say that b/c it doesn't look painted. Based on the holes, it had rails on it at one time. As for the signatures, nothing stands out to me. The things that makes me wonder is the 353 in Sharpie and most of the signatures look like a proper signature. Not just a bunch of randos. My guess is that it is just someone's personal deck signed by friends.
Hey Mr. Flips (lol) It didn't click in my head until after I messaged you but yesterday I sent you an attachment from a company that sold a Garbage Pail Kids toy semi-truck. I think the comment was removed since I had the attachment on it, sorry about that. But you can look it up for yourself, I wasn't sure if thats something you've seen before and I know your a fan of the Garbage Pail Kids. Thanks for the entertainment, I love your videos.
i do sports cards and i learned if you take any dry erase marker to permanent ink it comes right up but kinda ruins the dry erase marker…. works on cards but no idea on rusty metal… worth a small test tho
My reaction to that skateboard shape is a Christian Hosoi model. As painted, it's still worth something if an original model. Then I saw the Powell logo, not sure, maybe it's just a sticker underneath the clear grip tape? BTW: Sliver is the bass line you played.
Happy Birthday to you Sarah. Enjoy your content and didn't know there was such an abundance of vintage toys in Greenfield - I'm originally from Indiana myself and my sister-in-law is from Greenfield herself. I was wondering if you sell stickers from your channel. Stay safe.
Man i almost only go to community sales these days.. mainly because Texas is SO big and you’ll spend 20 minutes going from one sale to another.. community ones you actually get to go to a few before a million other people pick em clean!
I'm interested interested in finding out who signed that board ... if it was the original crew from dogtown ... that would be something else ... Happy BIrthday sarah 😊😊
Love the madballs Not sure ive seen a video of yours depicting your entire madball collection - would love to see it all I did see the one where you got the big buy which was ace
on the machete if you use a sharpe and write over the name it will make the ink on it come up then use a bit of IPA and it sould come right off let me know how it goes and happy late Birthday to Sarah
That Machete pickup is a unique find for sure…I thought it might have been a signature of Kane Hodder who plays Jason Voorhees on the Friday the 13th movies 😆 that’s the horror fan in me but it’s still cool that Danny Trejo’s autograph is on there though 👍🏼
The deck is a Hawk for sure with the “BONITE” layer… Steve Cabellaro signature I think? IF YOU PULL THE TAPE THE GRAPHIC MIGHT COME OFF! JUST SAYING… GREAT SCORE FROGGY!
Funny that you play a lounge act riff, with song lyrics containing "don't tell me what I wanna hear" when this video is titled " words you love to hear."
You should get a machete case for the machete for safety reason sharpie might be able to scrub off with warm water and a rough sponge or some type of product that would remove the sharpie too
Happy birthday to my beautiful wife, Sarah!
Happy Birthday Mrs Froggy 🐸
Happy Birthday Sarah!

Dayum, i had that tmnt movie poster! Never knew they were worth so much. Prob went in the trash 😢
My reaction to that skateboard shape is a Christian Hosoi model. As painted, it's still worth something if an original model. Then I saw the Powell logo, not sure, maybe it's just a sticker underneath the clear grip tape? BTW: Sliver is the bass line you played.
Just living the dream!
Nice pick ups that machete was freaking cool and the mad balls! Hopefully the skateboard is signed by someone famous that would be awesome.
Happy Birthday to you Sarah. Enjoy your content and didn't know there was such an abundance of vintage toys in Greenfield - I'm originally from Indiana myself and my sister-in-law is from Greenfield herself. I was wondering if you sell stickers from your channel. Stay safe.
Great video dude. As always love your channel. Keep up the great work
I close my eyes during the intro so as not to spoil the adventure lol
13:02 "mom and dad went to a show", that was the Sliver bass intro all the way!
As well as a non bass player like myself can play it anyway 😂
@@FroggyFlips as soon as I heard it I instantly recognised it ☺️Love your videos and that just made it even more awesome!
You are in my top 3 favorite youtubers
What can I do to knock the other two off the list? Jk, thank you! 😂🤘
Skateboard, Godzilla, amp and Kiss. I would have spent some money at those sales. Look into cleaning that grip tape on the deck. May come off easily.
Man i almost only go to community sales these days.. mainly because Texas is SO big and you’ll spend 20 minutes going from one sale to another.. community ones you actually get to go to a few before a million other people pick em clean!
Happy Birthday Sarah 🎉🎉🎉🎉
I'm interested interested in finding out who signed that board ... if it was the original crew from dogtown ... that would be something else ... Happy BIrthday sarah 😊😊
Love the madballs
Not sure ive seen a video of yours depicting your entire madball collection - would love to see it all
I did see the one where you got the big buy which was ace

The deck is a Hawk for sure with the “BONITE” layer… Steve Cabellaro signature I think? IF YOU PULL THE TAPE THE GRAPHIC MIGHT COME OFF! JUST SAYING… GREAT SCORE FROGGY!
Pretty ship picture.
froggy that was a great price on the turtle poster, very good condition.
For sure! If I wasn’t so limited on remaining wall space I probably would’ve grabbed it.
Funny that you play a lounge act riff, with song lyrics containing "don't tell me what I wanna hear" when this video is titled " words you love to hear."
