I drove down to the Kentucky Flea Market to do a little vintage toy hunting. Not only did I find some great vintage toys and pop culture collectibles…I also walked away with a couple awesome graded, vintage baseball cards. Totally not like me but a sweet addition to the collection! Flea market ride along!

Froggy, I love it when you're in front of a big pile of toys, you keep the camera on them for a bit. I generally pause the video to see if there any old treasures in there from my past. You make it easy to spot them, so thanks!

As a comic collector, the Batman cards are incredible. Those golden age books in the case with the mantle cards were cool too.

Hey Anthony, thanks for the stroll down memory lane on the cards! I had the Mickey cards and the Batman set but over time I lost! Some my mother gave to my cousin cause I’d left them at her apartment when I’d moved out! The Robin I definitely remember having copies cause it used to be five cents for a pack with gum back in the 1960’s lol. Thanks again for the stroll!

I love that the Freddy Kreuger doll is advertised for "Ages 4 and up". I miss the days when toys from violent horror films were marketed to kids.

Used to collect these Batman cards when in public school. Eventually got the set, pictures, bring back memories. I just wish I hung onto my cards. I remember some kids would fan out the cards and look what the others were trading and hearing Got it..Got it..got it ….

I will say Froggy, $350 for the pair is an astounding deal. The thing about Mantles is that they're just going to *keep going up* because of course there isn't anymore being made. For someone that doesn't collect cards, you did a heck of a good job snagging those.

@@FroggyFlips You should. Also it's great to hear a fellow Hoosier pronounce Louisville correctly. Talking about retiring on Cars, did you know that there is a 52 Mantle (his Iconic rookie) PSA 10 out there? Insane for a card that old.

@@FroggyFlips There aren't any sold comps from PSA, but a SGC 9.5 sold for $12.5 million. I'd say that a PSA 10 (there are 3 of them) would sell for maybe 3x-4x that price easily. So probably $40-50 million, IMO
Wow😳 That ED-209 model brought back some memories there… A toy I had long forgotten. I think I had that when I was about 12(give or take), 30yrs ago though. Of coarse I took it outa the box, built it, painted it and played with it. Loved the hell outa that toy. Super easy to build, vinyl plastic that snapped together, probably 8 or 10 pieces. I have no idea what happened to that thing but now…, I hope it’s sitting on a collectors shelf somewhere. That would be awesome.

14:53 Man, I used to have this robotic bee, along with the five big cats..I used to think the big cats could combine, like that of Predaking, but still, I loved them nonetheless..sadly lost them as I grew up, only saved most of my KO G1 combiners..this is one of your good finds..brings back memories.. 😄❤️

I reside in Louisville KY and hit that flea market regularly. That guy you got the Batman cards from is something else. He has some good stuff sometimes but his prices and opinions are through the roof. Everyone always laughs at his prices after inquiring.
I had a couple of those Esso knockoff Gobots/Transformers back in the day. Memory unlocked! Forgot all about them!
