- PRICELESS HISTORY SNAGGED AT VINTAGE TOY SHOW!
KYGIJOE: www.facebook.c...
I headed south to the Kentuckiana GI Joe Toy Expo. Trust me, it’s not just a vintage toy show for GI Joe lovers. I snagged some of the rarest and most obscure vintage toys and pop culture collectibles I’ve found so far. It was an absolutely insane vintage toy hunt!

@@FroggyFlips let’s gooooo
that robot kinda looks like its from ganbare robocon
I should see you 18th and 24th brother
I know your a super Madballs fan, I see that they just announced a new season of The Toys the Made Us (Netflix), and I’ll give you one guess to what one of the episodes is gonna be dedicated to
@FroggyFlips YOU BET YA!!!🐸✌️👍😂🫶❤️🙏
The guy selling chucky was so respectful thinking of the original family, props to you taking the picture for them
Rob is an all around awesome dude!
You won't find another toy collector as nice, friendly, and polite as Froggy.
Well thank you!
The metal robot at 7:17 is the 1976 Japanese POPY GA-39 Robot "Robo Riki" Japanese figure. There was a POPY GA-39 version riding a trike called "Mechanic Robocon". The GA series had 99 metal figures based on popular robot manga and anime from the time. This figure was in the Ganbare!! Robocon (1974) TV Series. Seen this figure between $99-$500. Of course a boxed figure commands the higher prices.
Awesome, thank you so much!! Great info!
@@FroggyFlips The toy / character looks to be from a 70s Japanese kids show : Ganbare!! Robokon, Do Your Best!! Apparently, “The show features the titular Robocon, a student of the Gantz' Robot Academy. He lives among humans, and studies their ways. However, though he means well, he is a screw-up and often unintentionally ruins the lives of those around him.”

Thought it looked like Pythagoras from One Piece. He was based on this character.
@@trip189n This is so cool! Thanks for the link!
You can really tell what kind of guy Froggy is, people are always happy to see him and treat him so well. And that is more than enough to know you’re a good dude with an awesome channel. Keep up the great content froggy!
Thanks so much!
That monstors display would look really awesome around an older TV with horror movies playing on it!
It’s crazy how consistent you are Froggy. Your videos always have a draw to them and they are always such a great watch. You are by far my favorite Garage Sale type channel and I hope you continue to grow.
Thanks so much!
He does what he loves and is genuine. Easy to be consistent when you're just being you. That's also why his channel continues its success.
I really enjoy seeing how respectful everyone is to each other. Great finds!
It's the best part
I would have never known there were this many vintage toys left in this world if it weren't for your channel. Props on the care bear find.
Gotta say Froggy you might have the best timing for finding rare toys. 🐸🧏🏿♂️
As a 50 year old, your videos bring back a lot of memories!!! If I had only known how valuable my toys would be back then one day. Froggy, have you ever come across a Vic 20?? I had 2 of them as a young kid, I bet they would be valuable now.
I know less then zero about toys but these videos are so satisfying and relaxing, keep it up!
@ the 3:00 min mark that Starcom jet! Ohh man what a rad toy line that was. I loved all the magnetic pieces and the gears when opening and closing vehicle parts. The animation for the show was incredible at the time, it still holds up IMO.

jeff phillips was a pro skateboarder out of dallas texas who owned a once famous skate park. sadly he inflicted fatal self harm. now they hold a skate jam in his honor every year in houston texas
I’d think there’s more than one Jeff Philips born in the 60’s as that’s a fairly common name. Sad to hear about the one you mentioned tho.
@@MountainTopHigh if you go by the gravestone picture it seems Jeff may have been born in 1958

Always love a good Froggy video on a Tuesday afternoon!
Heyo!
So a few times a week i get chance to watch you tube and my first search is always Froggy. When i see a new video i silently cheer! Keep up the good work. From a sleepy English village!
Man those drawings from 1965 are so awesome! Plus the Chuck E Cheese and prototype plush, seriously great video
Just stopping by to say hi. For the boogie rhythm....... I'm in England and until 2018 used to collect toys and collectibles. I gave up when scalping became too much.
I went to my first toy fair last year since the plandemic, and it was horrific.
My son (11) has given up collecting Star Wars, action man, hot wheels, matchbox and playmobil because it's become outrageous 🙄
That said, he has just got into bolt action tabletop gaming, and I'm spending time course fishing with him during his school holidays. Toy collecting was our father and son moments, but times have changed 😟
I still watch, maybe just for nostalgia and your amenable demeanour, cheers froggy 🍺🇬🇧🇺🇸
I love the Cure shirt 🤘🏻
This is one of my fav hauls you did!! So many good stuff and I can’t get over that chuck and Care Bears prototype! How insanely cool. I love seeing super rare and special pieces like that! Way to go froggy! Thank you for sharing these cool toys with us 🥹
That monstor display is amazing , and the kids drawings wow
Agreed! Man, that Monstor is once in a lifetime and that condition and price!
@@FroggyFlips saw a complete one on facebook marketplace for 400 cad. Wish I snagged it 😢
Another great haul! You never cease to amaze me!
That Care Bears prototype is an Amazing find. Reminds me of the Boba Fett missile firing jet pack prototype. Thank you for your content.
Man what a haul the Monster display, the care bear and that monster drawing kit how awesome would it be to find the persons who that was just to see their face!
I had a Chuck statue like that, but it was the tuxedo version. I got it from a woman who was the walk-around mascot for years and they gave it to her as a retirement gift. I sold it about 10 years ago and I've regretted it ever since. I was the same way, The Rock- afire Explosion was where it was at. Since that time, I've added other CEC merchandise to my collection and I really wish I would have kept that damn statue.
A whole video of awesomeness and reasonableness LOL. Collecting for the Win.
LOVE YOUR SHIRT..ONE OF MY FAVORITE BANDS..
I made sure to watch the whole commercial before the video this time!! 😮😅😊 Great video as always FROGGY
Froggy, epic shirt you are wearing in this video. That poster adorned many a wall through my high school and college abodes. I'm 54 now and still an avid fan of The Cure.
By the way the hands are positioned on the "Chucky" it looks as if he would be playing a saxophone, clarinet, etc.
I had your t-shirt hanging on my wall in poster form back in the 80’s. I still have it. I’ve seen the Cure three times in concert and they were awesome. The toys are super cool too.
So much good stuff at that show. I love Elvira ! Gram's loved watching her show and I would watch it with her.
The greatest channel! On holiday in a cottage, sat as the sun goes down with a beer and Froggy. Perfect
What a show! Great haul!!!!
So jealous of your Monstor!! "It must really bring the room together"
ANTHONY, YOU THE MAN!!!! ANOTHER UNBELEVABLE SHOW!!! IT IS HARD 2 TOP YOUR LAST VIDEO, BUT YOU DID IT!!! "AGAIN"!!!! THANK YOU 4 ALL YOUR HARD WORK!!!! AND PLEASE TELL THE FAMILY, THEY HAVE A GREAT GUY 4 A DAD, AND HUSBAND!!! THANK'S AGAIN!!!!❤😂🐸❤️🙏🫶😂👍✌️🐸
It's great to see the respect you get and it's from the respect you give to everyone. You are a class act! Another awesome episode as always
You picked up some mini-boglins!
I've got the full set of them, thinking about painting them up.
That chuck looks like the 90s remodel version that came out in 94. If it is It came with different instruments in his hands like a harmonica and guitar.
I have lots of fond memories of Show Biz Pizza but also Chuck E. Cheese. My cousin was the manager at Chuck E. Cheese and he let me dress as Chucky once several years ago and I got to come out and wave to all the kids and dance around a bit. It was a fun experience. Great grabs btw!
I was so surprised to see the Care Bear Cousins prototype. My 'baby Sara' penguin has been with me since the day I came home from the hospital and is one of my most cherished items I own. I was quite excited when I saw her great grandma on my TV screen 😂. Thanks for your videos Froggy we are fans in this house.
Your videos bring me so much joy.
Thanks so much, I’m glad to hear that!
That Monstor piece is awesome 🤩 Congrats ! Love the Elvira video stuff as well 👍
Thanks for sharing all these great findinds with us. Take care
Very. Nice. Hunt !!!! FROGGY. ! Love Ya. ! TERESA HAYWARD CALIFORNIA USA
Loving that Care Bear find! That is really neat! Same with the Chuckie. Your other finds were neat too but I loved how those 2 were something you would never find again! Such cool items to add to your collection, even if they aren’t something you would actually collect b/c they have an unknown value since they are one of a kind. Looking forward to seeing your footage from the show you’re hosting!
Amazing finds, I would have gone crazy for that Monsters kit when I was a kid.
Best time of the week is a Froggy Flips video ❤
Well thanks!
ASM 1 just chilling in the case. Loved seeing that!
Wow, you always seem to find the best stuff!!
Also @FroggyFlips, the little red robot with a propeller, I think is a Robocon toy.
@rosspugh227 yeah, that’s the word I used when I bought it because i thought i had seen it associated with it before. My knowledge definitely stops there!
Always a delight seeing Rob in these.
I loved Care Bears and Care Cousins. Then our house burnt to the ground in 1990 and I lost my entire toy collection, and my parents lost everything as well. It was utterly devastating. The worse of it is that we had endured a previous house fire when I was only 7. So my poor patents got wiped out twice. No family photos, no home movies, no sentimental hand me downs, no hand sewn cherished items from my grandmother....😭😭😭
🫂💜
As always great video 👍
The robot is actually a quite rare toy. It's a Ganbare from Japan. It's out of the Robocon toy line and fetches big money on the market! Congrats!
That lil red robot 🤖 is awesome, the way it looks like he has one snagged tooth 😆 🔥
Love watching your videos man shows how positive the community is all love and respect and passion for collecting ya love to see it man thanks
HUGE pick up on thee monstor vending machine blowmold face been looking for one for a while!
Great video Mr F! I love the idea that some kid (now an adult probably with kids) might view your video and say 'Hey I drew that!!!' :) . Monsters box was fab.
Finally - ALWAYS the highlight of my UA-cam week. The return of the Frogster 👏👏👏👏
Awesome, thank you!
@@FroggyFlips at this rate were going to need a full tour of the updated collection Anthony
Awesome show aqusitions 🐸 you are on a hot streak.🤯 Love the vintage Monsters 🧌 portfolio and the 🐀Chucky piece is incredible..😍🤩 Love all your finds today.🎉 Keep it up buddy and take care.👍🔥❤️✊
Inspector Gadget! Yeah, I want that!
I love seeing the toys from my childhood that I had forgotten about. I had the tmnt T. rex (and the triceratops) but had no memory of them until this video
Another awesome video. Great finds as always.
Thank you!
Spent a bunch of time and money with my kids and grandkids at the Springfield, Ohio Chucky Cheese. Great to see something was saved. Lots of wonderful memories there
It's so awesome that you're still very gentle with everyone's stuff. Some content creators are NOT. 😆 Good video! HP
Dude, Showbiz pizza was the best! Always enjoy your videos, thank you!
I grew up with my mom taking us to a couple Chuck E cheese. 1 in north olmstead Ohio and whatever the other closest one from that maybe Cleveland IDK. I'm 47 now😅
I lived in Westlake for a bit 😂
Thanks Froggy for another great video, l watch you all the time over here I the UK 🇬🇧 🇬🇧 👍 👍
I really enjoy watching your videos Froggy, just the respect you hold towards people, as a buyer or as the seller. I hope this channel continues to grow
Thanks so much!
Great pickup froggy. That Chucky need to be in a clear case "Display Only" 😊
I hope to bump into you one day, Anthony. You're a long way from those days of flea market anonymity. But it is nice to see all the people that recognize you or call out "Froggy"!🐸
glad you made the trip down to my state ANTMAN another killer video you dont disappoint 4sure !
I live in Barboursville, WV and we have Billy Bobs Wonderland and they still have the Rock-afire Explosion that is still working and scaring the crap out of small children daily 🤣😬
That red robot is Robocon! Came from a great kid’s show in Japan around the 70’s and is still somewhat revived every now and then! It’s live action too so it’s a good time from visuals alone since there’s a lot of loud and whacky robot costumes in the show. Also just a great toy in general!
Awesome, that helps! Has no clue it was a show. Thank you!
@@FroggyFlips no problem! Congrats on that piece it’s a very visually appealing design!
These videos are so interesting and relaxing to watch. Keep these videos coming
We love your shows! We are from Salem, Indiana! We have some Star Wars stuff you might be interested in. I'm disabled and I need to make room.
Nice Froggy, some great finds. That "how to draw a monster" set is pretty awesome.
That show had a lot of great stuff
Love the TMNT dino find! I had no idea they existed 👌🏻
That show was so wonderfully, wonderfully, wonderfully , wonderfully pretty........
Oh my gosh, those Elvira brought back memories
My grandmother in New Mexico says she used to be good freinds with Elvira when she lived in California, says they used to go drinking together
Another job will done! I love it when you find anything about monsters, cool catch on both green monster and the lite trace game! Those pictures from long ago are super! Best of luck on your show coming soon!!!🐸
Thank you so much for taking us with you on this adventure. Love the thrown together piece at the end. Truly Unique pieces are Fabulous.. Great video!!
Jeff Phillips…. There was skateboarder named Jeff Phillips, had a frack out on sims
the old sealed OG GI Joe stuff was nice to see...the space station was unexpected to see...
Love the video as always Froggy (and I'm not a toy collector!). I found out about your channel when you were mention on national radio in the UK (Radio 5 Live - Elis James and John Robins). I'm listening to their podcasts from 2023 and John Robins (a superb comedian) mentioned he'd been watching your vids.I liked the sound of it and binge watched a stack of your old ones. Now I never miss an episode
That monster box was cool 😎
That was an awesome show that’s Chucky figure waspretty cool. The guy selling it was pretty amazing that he was going to share that with the family of who bought it.
That is so cool that u know RObocon. Those were the shows i watched as a kid, Kikaida, Kamen RIder, Robocon, Go Rangers.
I want to thank you for always putting out such great content. You and your videos have gotten me into collecting I'm currently looking to get just about anything that is nostalgic to me or that I think is cool . Love old turtle stuff and all things 80s n 90s
FWOGGY FWIPS!!
Awesome haul amazing picks. You did awesome dude keep up the great videos and great job!
Love your videos. But the real gift has been watching my toy-crazy 10 year old watch them and get excited about your finds. Great stuff man.
That’s amazing!
Amazing pieces of history, love to see it! :D
I love the TNT dinosaurs, very cool.
I have a coin bank and gashapon figures of Robocon and some of his friends. Currently, I am hunting for his other friends. Great video, as usual!
Mystery figure has inspector gadget vibes.
7:21 KIss guitar! Prolly my fave bit of KIss merch. Had so much when I was a kid. Megos, Gene Simmons mask, comics, posters, t-shirts, even ice-blocks. Pretty much everything except a Kiss album, haha
Funny story - that was mine and I traded it to Bruce when I was doing my big Madballs buy 😂. Definitely a cool piece!
02:58 and I finally understand, what the name means. 😀 Love your Channel! 🙂
What a nice surprise seeing Roboc 14:51 on show up in the video! I used to grab RoboCon stuff when I saw it because I just thought he was neat looking. I've never seen an episode of The animation but I think he's a neat looking character so I would grab his stuff if I saw it cheap enough
I remember watching those horror movies. Every Saturday night, on "Elvira Mistress of The Dark" show!!
