This way you can make sure the tip actually goes to the driver and not the corporation. The app can't control in-person transactions made with physical cash.
There is also another way that the companies could sort this out (I know the companies most likely dont care about the employees but if the context was correct about "human error" or "fraud" then this should work). All that needs to be done is to add a verification check to the end of the order, tip included. This would eliminate most if not every attempt at fraud or human error. ie if the tip was incorrect then just deny the verification. Easy fix for a problem that shouldn't exist

I grew up with a very controlling parent and it honestly screwed me up. I have little to no social life outside of occasional visits with my friends, I feel like every dollar I get I need to hide or keep an eye on, and I'm constantly paranoid about my privacy. Luckily my dad balanced things out for me when my mom became overbearing and stood up for me when he could, but it was still very stressful on me and my brothers. I have a lot of respect for single parents, especially ones like my dad and like you who make sure they treat their kids well despite the stresses of raising two people all alone.

Me and my sibling has two teachers that ask us to use this website called “Kami”, the problem is- the computer we own has detected spyware and malware on the website. The website asks full control to delete, edit, and create anything and everything on our Google drive, Google classroom classes, as well as Google classroom topics. To top it off, a teacher we have is saying we won’t earn a grade unless we do the assignments. Most of the assignments we have involves Kami. Our family had to argue, but we got nowhere. So eventually, our parents allowed us to skip suspicious/dangerous websites. The teacher is still a jerk.
That teacher should be held liable for any malware/spyware on the computer of any student. I'm fairly certain it's illegal in most countries for public schools or employers to force people to install viruses.

I had a medical problem that involved my lady bits and literally THREATENED MY LIFE and doctors insisted on going every other possible route to avoid hysterectomy because I hadn't had a child yet. It took being hospitalized after one of many ER visits because my hemoglobin count was dangerously low and I had to have a transfusion for them to finally agree to it.
In the 50’s my mother wanted to get her tubes tied because my parents had two children and couldn’t afford to have more. She was forced to see a psychiatrist because they were certain there was something wrong with her for not wanting more children no matter what the circumstances.

Tip limit is an easy fix. When you learn a company does this, give the delivery person cash when they get there. I've lived with bedbugs. They are worse than mosquitoes. During questioning one teen even smirked, and another staring into the distance while his mom sat next to him, crying. The teens were under the influence of marijuana. I actually dealt with missing pieces with LEGOs. I'm a huge LEGO fan and addicted to them. I have lots of sets, and I can't tell you how much time and effort I put into them when I make them. I don't play with them, I just like them as decorations, that's ok, right? Anyway, when I moved, I had the stupid idea to break most of my sets apart into a big box, and I STILL haven't rebuilt them all. I've rebuilt a few, most notably a dragon, it was hard cause of all the [fricking] pieces mixed together, and after two years I had to move again. I put all my still-built Lego sets in a box and tried to keep them intact, but when I get that box back, I know darn well I'm gonna have to do some rebuilding. I have some sets that are over 1000 pieces, with stickers(don't worry, as long as the stickers didn't peel off, I'll be fine, it's not that big of a deal), but I will mention how sometimes when I'm building these sets, and I can't find a piece, I substitute it until i find it. I have two dragons now. And the recent one I built(a green one from the Lego Ninjago thing), one of the pieces broke(a 2x1 slanted see-through green vent one), and had to change it to a white one that I found in my Lego drawer. Can't wait to find the set where that's needed.

I just thought of a way around this: Pay the minimum required tip over the app and then tip the delivery driver in-person as you see fit. This way you can make sure the tip actually goes to the driver and not the corporation. The app can't control in-person transactions made with physical cash.
The problem with that is many drivers will not take the order if the tip isn’t a certain amount.

I grew up with a very controlling parent and it honestly screwed me up. I have little to no social life outside of occasional visits with my friends, I feel like every dollar I get I need to hide or keep an eye on, and I'm constantly paranoid about my privacy. Luckily my dad balanced things out for me when my mom became overbearing and stood up for me when he could, but it was still very stressful on me and my brothers.
I have a lot of respect for single parents, especially ones like my dad and like you who make sure they treat their kids well despite the stresses of raising two people all alone.

I can't recall the exact details but I know there are activists who target Jeeps (which DO pollute a lot more than any vehicle should) but actively avoid to create waste by flattening the tires without slashing them. They then leave a note explaining the tire was just flattened and won't be wasted, and why Jeeps are unreasonable to own.

IDK, Robin and Lexi are both on my top tier. I like Jack's performance, his vocal skills, and his humor, but the other two are just... [chef's kiss] perfection. With Robin being the annoyed dad voice, and his stumbles over misreads or pronunciations are so relatable, and Lexi being the nerd with a screwy and sometimes bleak sense of humor (which I think is a fair descriptor, she is my kind of oddball).

I actually dealt with missing pieces with LEGOs. I'm a huge LEGO fan and addicted to them. I have lots of sets, and I can't tell you how much time and effort I put into them when I make them. I don't play with them, I just like them as decorations, that's ok, right? Anyway, when I moved, I had the stupid idea to break most of my sets apart into a big box, and I STILL haven't rebuilt them all. I've rebuilt a few, most notably a dragon, it was hard cause of all the [fricking] pieces mixed together, and after two years I had to move again. I put all my still-built Lego sets in a box and tried to keep them intact, but when I get that box back, I know darn well I'm gonna have to do some rebuilding. I have some sets that are over 1000 pieces, with stickers(don't worry, as long as the stickers didn't peel off, I'll be fine, it's not that big of a deal), but I will mention how sometimes when I'm building these sets, and I can't find a piece, I substitute it until i find it. I have two dragons now. And the recent one I built(a green one from the Lego Ninjago thing), one of the pieces broke(a 2x1 slanted see-through green vent one), and had to change it to a white one that I found in my Lego drawer. Can't wait to find the set where that's needed.

I was trying to make a rainbow jello and would pour the next color on top after the previous layer had cooled, so I'd wait the 4 hour each time. I knew my nephew loved to eat and didn't care if it was someone else's food or anything like that, so I made a separate tray of jello so him and anyone else in the house wouldn't touch my project.
I even put out of view on a lower shelf so the first one seen would be the single flavor jello.
He still went for my halfway finished rainbow.
