    You Sir are one of the few that I have seen that use the micro plane correctly for citrus, doesn’t matter for cheese
    Well done

      I use it like that when I want to get maximum zest and clean the whole lemon. I do use it the other way sometimes if I just need a little

    Hey, thank you so much, this is a great recipe. I love scallops and it seems like when I have them. They're either undercooked or overcoughed. It's hard to get them just right. I like the idea of the pea puree. Do you have a recipe for cauliflower Puree or butternut squash puree?

    I agree with Debbie! And to be honest, I would add a small portion of angel hair pasta (wrapped in pea puree) to bring it home for me. (giggle) 🥰😎

      @@Cream_CurdlR I’d definitely try getting the pan a little hotter with a bit more oil.

      Seriously? She can eat something else like home made tacos or taco salad. Mean no disrespect. You gotta pan and two hands? You can do it. I could eat scallops every week.

    Is easy to me to get fresh peas, I have to refrigerate the peas or I use them like they are?

    • @ChefAnge
      @ChefAnge  Рік тому +1

      Fresh produce should be refrigerated if stored but if you’re picking them fresh and using them quickly, no need to get them cold.

    Can you do this with frozen scallops ?

    • @ChefAnge
      @ChefAnge  2 місяці тому +1

      Yes. Just defrost fully in the fridge and pat dry before cooking.

    Scallops are heaven. I don't remove the tiny muscles. The muscles are a bit chewy once cooked, but we chew and eat them in my family.
