Hello hope all is well i have a question and hope you can help my wife wants a lenovo smart paper and asked me to see if its any good big mistake haha she would like to take notes and read ebooks what is the best on the market at the moment?
About the Elipsa 2e, there is other pens that works! Surface, Dell, Lenovo...
And I got mine today, and really, it's much better than I thought... Okay it does not compare to my Montblanc with an Oblique BB nib and tomoe river paper... But for reading, taking notes, and keeping track of my meetings, it's great! And for reading, it's crazy good.

With active capacitive, it's hit or miss, and there are a few pens out there that end up working, but we can only say that the Rakuten one works
@@goodereader Oh that's right, you also resell it. No offence intended, I also work in resell business in another field. A Wacom pen would had been much better, but hey, it's really not that bad...
But keep the good video! I bought my Elipsa 2E mainly because of your videos. It's a great device if you buy it for the good reasons.
Hello sir thank you for this video. Which eink have a better lighting for outdoor use and also dark setting indoor？
If you don't want a colour, b&w are great outdoors without any lights. And frankly, most of e-notes have adjustable light, so you can pick any to use in the dark.
What about the boox note air 3c?
I was expecting that. It checks all the boxes for me.
I am surprised not to see the A5X and/A6X in the list. Also, I am the unhappy owner of a Kobo Elipsa (1st gen) and I would definitely not recommend it for notes’ taking : writing experience is sooo bad !
As we said, in the video before it even started, "we are only looking at the devices released this year"
And supernal products were not only released 2 years ago, but are very low quality compared to the rest of the competition.
They simply can't keep up with any other manufacturer.
They are out classed, and played out.

Because E-Ink Corporation has a monopoly on such displays. There is no reason for them to reduce the price. Also the Chinese alternative of such displays, called DES from company 'Good Display', turned out to be of no use to anyone since ~2020
Yes, that's because there's no other manufacturer of epaper of note.
You can say des, mip, ips, but none of those amount to anything substantial
There are hundreds of thousands of tablet manufacturers on Earth, but there's literally only one manufacturer of epaper, to any realistic degree, and that is eink,
Therefore, the market price is decided
So it's not "expensive"
