I appreciate you making this video…. I’m going in June 2023 on Oasis with my will be 6 year old and 4 year old. Not a lot of content on UA-cam with sailing with young kids!!!
Well glad you found us, then! Hopefully you stick around, we’ve got a Disney Cruise series coming up as well as general travel with our 6 and 3 year olds.
Thanks for posting. This was a great video. Not sure if the kids had the bunks or the sofa-really want to see the bunk layout if available. overall it was a very informative video. Thank you.
I just want to say thank you for posting this! We just booked our first cruise and everyone told me I shouldn't bring my kiddos.... well I did anyway. Your videos helped ease my worries about being able to enjoy ourselves as adults but still engaging our kiddos
Hi! Thanks for your video! We’ll be going this winter with our 2.5 y/o and almost 5 y/o. For the “potty trained toddler area where they have to be 3, do they age check or could I get away with putting our 2.5 y/o in there if he’s potty trained? Would like them to be able to stick together. And what was your room situation like? Did you get a joined room with the kids or squeeze together?
Hi! So glad we found your video/channel as there isn’t much content on cruising on RC with toddlers. We have a 2.5 year old and looking at a potential Odyssey cruise. We’re more accustomed to Disney Cruise Line and it’s catering towards children. Did you have a difficult time finding things to do for your kids compared to Disney? I think my biggest concern is finding enough things to do for a toddler (character meets and the children friendly shows typically on Disney). Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Great video by the way happy😊
Thanks for the kind words! We had zero issues finding things to do with our kiddos on the RC. Granted - the characters are a huge draw on DCL. But is it worth the 2x price tag? Not sure about that one. The kids club was great, entertainment was solid, and the pool area kept our kids engaged. Plus, the waitstaff was SO good to our kids. Given the choice and price included, we'd probably pick RC over DCL 8 times out of 10. Hope that is helpful!
You guys might have the best "RCL cruising with kids" vlog on UA-cam. The day to day stuff is sooooo helpful and nobody does it! Thanks guys
OMG that’s so sweet, thank you!!

No age check, just honor system. No one said anything about a somewhat older sibling joining. And we all squeezed together!
Thank you soo much for this.. we will there April 2023!. But when you say be there early for the Splash Pad... how early is early?
We were usually out on deck by 8 or so? Kiddos wake up early lol
@Family on Standby thank you soo much!!
