For those mad the Giants didn't take a QB, there was none worth the cost to trade up for and the ones after the top 3 were not worth the 6th overall. You are better off getting your WR1 now, riding out Jones' final guaranteed year and chasing your QB next year or the year after

Purple suit guy needs to watch DJ’s 2022 highlights to see what he did with his two top receivers being Darius Slayton and Richie James. He’s NEVER had true #1 and #2 receivers, yet still managed to get us a playoff win.

Honestly the Giants have been pretty successful drafting receivers up until Kadarious Toney. Even the super bowl teams had guys like Hakeem Nicks and Mario Manningham also Amani Toomer, undrafted free agent Victor Cruz and even trading for Plaxico and him greatly improving on the Giants.
Bill bilicheck sounds like he wants to be a giant. And the guy in the purple suit saying you gotta not love this pick is a joke. We just got an absolute menace on the football field that could kill the cowboys, gos, chiefs, 49ers and more teams

This is why I like Bill Belichick because he’s real. He is absolutely correct. They might’ve just corrected Jones’s worst thing he hold onto the ball because no one gets separation. Or line breaks down -This kid gets separation quick and with some of the rebuilding of the line I don’t know. I think I’m looking optimistic especially with Hyatt on the other side And Robinson/slayton in the slot

I the Giants were picking #2 or 3 in the draft they would've taken a QB. They picked 6 instead. The best available athlete was a receiver. The mistake was made by Gettlemen when he chose Barkley. I asked back them was who was going to block for him.

I’m so glad they didn’t draft a QB. The only deal I thought was super interesting was the rumour Broncos would swap with the Giants, give the Giants next year’s 1st round and their top current CB. Then the Giants would have two 1st rounders next year to make a deal for a QB. Anyway, didn’t happen, I like the pick.

Virtually no one likes Daniel Jones. But there's a difference between being an impatient man child stomping your feet because the team didn't take any warm body to play QB and understanding that building a team is not a one draft endeavor and understanding that any team needs playmakers whether they have a good QB or not. People's response to the Giants not taking a QB that they deemed not worthy of the pick is an IQ and maturity test.

In 2022 season Daniel Jones was a hero when the giants won a round in the playoffs a year later injuries ravaged the giants with a suspect offensive line to boot they handled the o line in free agency and if waller comes back the offensive will be the strong point of the giants there d line is great but after that there corners and db's are talentless with McKinney gone they need to go corner and safety the next two rounds because the d backfield is now the weak link for the giants .Daniel Jones will be fine he never had a chance with no receivers or o line .it's not fair to trash Jones but this season is it for Jones no more excuses about the offense.when your QB has to run for his life after 2 seconds no QB would succeed.

As soon as Tyrod came In last year he wasn't getting sacked like Jones was , we had the same O-LINE when Tyrod came in and he actually made the offense look like a functional offense again. Jones needs to go and until he leaves the Giants will be in turmoil. Jones 2022 season was a fluke. He was 29th in passing in the NFL, he averaged less then 1 TD passing per game, he can't beat Dallas or Philly In his own division, and you talking about he had a good season like we wanna see a duplicate of that garbage he looked like his whole career, lay off the pipe man..

Seems like Schoen has his head in the right place this offseason. Yeah, Jones sucks and probably won’t be able to utilize Nabers to his full potential out the gate. But given his contract, and how many needs there are, it makes more sense to focus on satisfying as many of those needs as possible instead of sacrificing valuable draft capital to gamble on a rookie QB. Next year, when Jones is over and done with, will be the time to strike.

@njgiants2562 with no one to throw to him. The line will quit on Jones and make the giants look dumb for the 3rd time by taken a wr early in the draft.
Definitely need a qb still. Hoping the O line improves a lot for DJ, and having guys like WanDale Robinson, Nabers, Jalin Hyatt and maybe Darren Waller will give Jones more confidence this year.
And I think the pass rush is gonna be SICK.
