Thanks! Its just the peel and stick LED light strips from Walmart that I tapped into the running lights. I found them in my tool box and just slapped them on for fun but ended up loving how they turned out.
I wanna do it but I have SOOOOO much going on with my truck it’s borderline tacky 😂

On the high beam do you just not hook up the black wire and let it dangle or what did you do there
Been looking at these but the ones with the stripe design turn signal that switchback. I have H13 led in my headlights now so I’d have get new leds?

Hi, for the low beams, is the blue cable positive or negative? Also, is the black wire for the low beams positive or negative ?

Looks sweet thanks for the video. Now I know how it’s going to look on my truck. I got those same headlights coming for my 2012 Harley Davidson. Looks like everything was just plug in play. Did you have to adjust your low beams level?
they needed a little adjustment but it only took a couple minutes. Also nice you dont have to take anything apart to adjust them, just pop the hood and turn that adjustment knob

Looks like a good budget alternative to the $850 Morimoto hybrids.
Exactly my thought when I was shopping. Although I couldnt find the Morimoto's for less than $1000

What size lift and tires do you have? What backspace are your wheels? Nice truck it looks awesome.
35x12.50x20 Nitto Ridge Grapplers, wheels are 20x10, not sure of the backspacing but I also have 2 inch wheel spacers on them
Where did you put the LED strips behind grille? I'm gonna put some on my 14 but don't exactly know where to mount or wire...
They're actually not mounted to the grille, they're on the radiator supports and wired to the running lights. I did it just bc i had them laying around and decided they actually look good! Walmart 12" white strips, can't go wrong for the price!
Greetings I installed the same ones and I change the h7 for better ones but still people think that I have the high beams on, what can I do?
Flash the high beams back so they know your running low beams. 😏
I am looking into these but I am afraid that the halogen bulbs won't be bright enough. What did you use for the high beams? I think I might go HID with the projector/halo since there is no reflector in the low beam.
I went led on both high and low beam, no problem so far and much brighter than what I had. Best of luck!
@@jtpbuildz959 I actually ended buying these and got the same bulbs you have. However, my left (drivers) headlight is way to left, is there an adjustment for the horizontal beam?
Could you do a full walk through of modifications on your truck . Looking at buying a 2014 platinum an haven’t found much for them .

How did you manage to take off the H1 bulb? I’m having a hard time trying to disconnect, don’t wanna break or loose nun
**Edit** been like a whole year passed and I opted in for the clear lens lights with the same LED’S I actually tried to get another pair of LEDs so I can do a similar setup on my expedition now but they sadly discontinued the H7 bulbs, but hey at least my f150 has been modernized a bit 🤷🏽♂️
Any problems on your new headlights? I have 2014 ford f140. I installed led ice blue fog light made by Alla lighting and the suck, cause by radio interference.
Everything is still great, I do get radio interference as well when the headlights are on on certain stations tho
How is the headlight output, are they bright with a good beam pattern?
Absolutely, I still am in love with these headlights and I run the DRL's everytime I drive it with no issues so far
Where did you get your grille and how much of a gap does it leave from the hood to the grille?
Amazon, no gap, just search Raptor Ford grille for F150 and you'll get a bunch of results. They come grey, I paint matched mine tho
None of them say ford tho
@@joshua232379 because Ford was suing them so they have to pretend like they don’t say Ford. Make sure you buy one with the interchangeable letters. They usually send you the letters you need.

Yup, mines 2013 XLT. It wont fit the F150's that came stock with halo headlights, only fits the basic halogen style headlights like the one's I had
How is the light output while driving with the led bulbs ?
Way better than the stock headlights, haven't had any problems to date

call me naive but how you get the DRL working ? do you have to turn on your parking lights in order for the DRL to lit up during the day ?
yes, they only come on when the lights are on or you can direct wire them to something else to have actual DRLs
I've read that you use a certain fuse, not sure which one, that works. Search for it and I'm sure you'll find it.

Question, I just tried using the link for the Hikari H7 LED bulbs, it didn't work, it says it can't find the page.Also, where did you put the resistors?
Don't bother, the resistors I used took a crap not too long ago, looking to replace them now. My turn signals are back to hyper flashing. Back to Amazon!

yes, non halo headlights from stock
But how is the light output compared to the factory headlights with led's
This is the real question. A lot of times an LED Bulb in a projector housing does worse than Halogen. Of course, HID would be the brightest
These are much better than what I had before, sharp line at line and better light throw in my opinion. I'm still very pleased with them
