If this is because of a mod, you're very lucky, especially if it involved modding your bios. To even get a #13 code instead of the flashing green ring of death tells me your bios is still working.
Im in the same situation as you were Kevin error 13 copied my working softmodded ide drive to a new 2tb sata drive locked it and it kicking out error 13...what exactly did you do to fix it?
Just unplugged it overnight and it booted I changed it back too stock .an using the SF Exploit softmodded it. But here is the kicker..about 3 weeks later hdd failure. So you may need to check you hdd ..I hope you have a backup of your Eeprom.
You will need too update your Dash . Use Halo 2 or any online game after Autum of 2004 let it do it automatically. .if it dosnt then do it manually in your Xboxes settings. What went wrong is your dash and your mod are not matching up..hope this helped

What i did was unplug it..overnite and re downloaded the softmod and waaahlaah...its up and running perfect..i did get on the forums at [the iso zone] and did some research..it would be a matter of burning a disc from their site and the guys there are so helpful and knowledgeable! Will poat a video soon!
I had changed the nickname of the machine and one other setting! And saved it again....dont do it! Soft mod is really sensitive. I did however do one of my other xboxes and was a successful softmod. An will do a video on that shortly :)

You should have FTP xelector over while you were in dash...and change boot order to xbmc or evox...

@@BlackCat-qm3sj Check the C Drive and if its empty re-add the files...sounds like there's no dash to boot
