However, where you’re correct, is in 3D printing increasing localization. And for that, you’re going to need designers who understand modeling in 3 dimensions. This is NOT an easy skillset - the learning curve is steep, and it requires BOTH a technical and artistic mind - an inherent rarity. However, the tools to support it are vastly better than 20 years ago, when I started working in 3D. The next 100 years will be the Age of the Designer (in a number of fields). And in 3D, one area of particular power, will be in procedural modeling, and generative design, based upon models in Nature, and the math that makes up the world around us. But the REAL game-changer, roughly 30-50 years out from now, will be 3D printing at the molecular level. Printing food and housing. If I can just print both, you know what I don’t need? A McJob working for some other goober. We will have an explosion of leisure time not seen since the human race transitioned from hunter/gatherers, to using agriculture. And you know what “gets built” when you have more leisure time? Culture. Scientific discoveries. Civilization.
I saw some one run Chat GPT against a college level exam. It scored around 60% for right answers. So it will take some more time before its ready so don't deploy it expecting it will completely replace a work load and do that task correctly. It really can't handle math word problems. Also be aware their is a large power cost to running these algorithms. This is why google has never used AI for its web search engine at this time.

The day i suscribed to your chanel is what matters, not when they released AI to general public. Its who we are that makes the diffrence, not what is new
Very interesting video with a lot of thought provoking ideas. But, I do find it unfortunate that when AI is used in more creative fields, art and music, it often copies the work of real humans and modifies them minimally. Those humans have spend hours perfecting their techniques to only be ripped off by AI/an algorithm. It will be interesting to see how artists interact with AI as it becomes more prevalent in the future.
An an I.T engineer with a bit of natural creativity I think your comment is a bit narrow sighted. 1. Art is never perfect. 2. A dictionary has to take info from elsewhere, that a human has made or wrote. Ai is not doing anything new in that regards. We borrow from everything around us, just like Ai. 3. You can still make something unique and have Ai like MidJourney make it more unique. 4. Adapt or accept the consequences. 5. Using MidJourney I've made over 200 art works in under 24h, and setup an Etsy store etc.
@@zadekeys2194 I agree that art is not perfect nor should it be perfect - that would kind of defeat the purpose of art. But, I did say that artists spend time ‘perfecting’ their individual techniques, which contributes to their individual process and style. That’s why famous artist like Van Gogh, Monet, or Picasso have very distinct styles. They perfected their style for their artwork. I am calling into question the use of AI ripping apart artwork from various artists and collaging them together to make ‘new’ artwork but failing to give credit to those who original created the individual pieces. Or, the use of AI to take an artist’s style and modify it to create a new image. Today, if a musician copies a riff of another musician, that gets called into question, so why would/should it be different for artists? I am not sure I understand your dictionary reference. Yes, dictionaries are a compilation of words with their definitions that have been sourced from various times, places, and people. But, if someone coins a particular word, a dictionary, such as Merriam-Webster, will often credit the person who coined the word or at the very least explain the etymology of the word. For example, if you look up the word emoji in the Merriam-Webster dictionary app, it explains the definition of the word and gives credit to the creator of the emoji. My biggest gripe with AI is it does not often credit its sources, especially when it comes to creative fields. Though I am not an artist myself, I do appreciate art and want artists to be credited (both by name and monetarily) for their work that they have spent their time perfecting.
@@zadekeys2194 Artists, designers, architects etc, use references from all around as inspiration to create unique things..Ai. replicates all that work, it does not create...and 2000 art works? come on, that is not art, it only reveals that you do not have any talent for art.
Steal like an artist… outlines that all creativity is just personalised reimagining of what already exists. So dont feel too bad. I think it will make artists really step up and think way more laterally and produce greater art.
it's going to happen a lot sooner than 100 years... and you know what... when i was growing up i didn't have to worry about money... I was happier and seemed to always find plenty of things to do.

By developing the right skills and being mindful of ethical considerations, individuals can position themselves to take advantage of the opportunities that AI will undoubtedly create.

And that was when I realized that... as terrifying and painful as reality can be, it's also... the only place that... you can get a decent meal. Because, reality... is real. Things will change but we’ll be ok.
You know these means many people will loose their jobs, yes A.I will be making things easy for business people. You know but on the side of us employees, these will mean that our working days will be over. Otherwise we will phase problems in the future, because the world of technology is advancing and developing and improving every day.😲🔥🔥🔥
AI and Chatgpt are cool but not perfect yet. Don't forget to double-check and to spot hallucination. Because when you ask a promtp, it doesn't mandatory give you the right answer but the more probable one according to its training.
What will be interesting will be to see how much of the real functionality of AI will be locked behind expensive and/or exclusive paywalls, like the way FB, YT and other platforms have become ever tightening control structures for content creators, forcing them into navigating constricting rules and ‘community guidelines’ that shrink the revenue potentials while incrementally forcing creators to spend more on ‘boosting’ their content by paying for exposure. Open AI vs closed, gate kept AI that maintains the cultural and economic divides decided by the few…

Right now LLMs are in my mind next increments from Google. Very impressive and useful (it's already helped me a ton), and not as *breakneck* disruptive as I thought. Happy to be shown wrong tho here.
Consider this. Which has the absolute ability to emasculate real Men. To "replace men" as the Kings of the Human Jungle... As the strong capable pwolmw thay take care of their women, and wives and sons and daighwes and ...CHILDREN can tell OL'. DAD, IN the future, "You're so slow, my robot can out rub you any day".
or,"You can't spank me my robot will kill you, Dad!"
Oh I graduated before coding was even taught. I was in the workforce when I tried to learn and my brain was so over tired from my two jobs it was hard to retain. I successfully coded one time. I wish I could learn coding more easily. You are Blessed to be good at and to have learned coding.
I’m usually a late adopter on things just ‘cause I’m chill like that lol. But I’m all over the AI movement. Just gotta jump in and ride the wave!
I'm the same way ! SLow but somehow grab onto things that seem revolutionizing. What areas you see potential in using AI for income producing businesseS?
What things are you doing? Can you point me in the right direction?
@@happylifegrace4674 Many areas, but it’s mainly in the creative space right now… design, coding, any kind of writing and/or editing, art, content creation, etc. You can also use it as a research assistant too. Just don’t get overwhelmed… stay in your lane of expertise and find out the best ways to bring it in to your daily routine to increase your efficiency and capacity. If time is money, AI saves you time, but makes you more money!
@@happylifegrace4674 What’s your primary area of expertise at this time?

Ai will make millionaires like NFTs made millionaires. GPT is great for generating ideas and that’s about it for the regular person.
Oh and I'm with you when you say we must start learning how to use A.I. and the right time is now, especially when it comes to use business people and entrepreneurs of the world.😲🔥🔥🔥
I live in a small community in rural Arkansas, They don't trust QR codes but are very proud of their fax machines.
A realistic perspective of Ai impact on human society ! Yes we should learn how to use this tools in our advantage ! I think this is only the beginning regarding AI tools as Chat Gpt , and what it comes next will blow our minds!

hahah well done on that plug! slick!
Great video, thanks do you have example ai tools for points 8 & 9 please

123 years ago, it took 5,000 designers and Irish builders to build 1 unsafe cruise ship... lol. Now it takes 200 robots.
If AI is going to take our jobs, then where will the consumers come from?
A successful economy runs on the basis that customers spend money and earn money.
I'm in digital marketing now, and I've already started doing other things to capitalize on my experience beyond ghostwriting blogs and landing page copy. I can see this gravy train derailing soon.
I love this video and all your creative content I've seen so far. You're awesome!
Luv u so much as a human being. You r such a tutor. So proud of you. Peace n luv from borneo
loveee!
Great point
College professors are running student work thru AI to see if it was written by the student or AI.
AI empowers those who were destined for "more" that DIDN'T have the "means" or "opportunity." Make no mistake, period.
I like that

The day i suscribed to your chanel is what matters, not when they released AI to general public. Its who we are that makes the diffrence, not what is new
Always learning from you and loving it! Thanks, Codie! 👍
Yeah this is why I’m here, great content as always.
I really missed 90s 💔 where everything is simple.
I tend to agree
@@zadekeys2194 Artists, designers, architects etc, use references from all around as inspiration to create unique things..Ai. replicates all that work, it does not create...and 2000 art works? come on, that is not art, it only
reveals that you do not have any talent for art.

The paradox of technology- the same technology that simplifies life by providing more functions in each device also complicates life by making the device harder to learn, harder to use.

The start of either the dumbing down of humanity or our uprising depend on how we got about using AI
The dumbing down has already begun, sadly

I ❤ Codie and if I live to UBI, maybe a robot can train my doggos but they will only bond with me if I’m the one playing and training with them, so I’ll be spending my days playing with my dogs and I’d be in heaven getting to do that
2:26 How can a person that seem to be purposeless can change overnight ? It's unlikely that a person can completely change their sense of purpose overnight, as finding purpose is often a gradual process that requires self-reflection, exploration, and effort. However, there are some steps that a person can take to start finding purpose and direction in their life
Great video 😎💯
Hi your videos are very insightful. I have yet to find jobs with Automation and is quite challenging.

Hi Codie.
I am a fan of your informative videos. I would like to offer a suggestion. Please turn off the background music. It makes it difficult for hearing impaired people, like myself, to hear the content of the video. I am looking to transition into something to replace my job income and start retirement benefits without giving up any current lifestyle.

My question is who will need all these reports and courses when people can just ask AI.
Aren’t almost all digital businesses gonna die?
I love your perspective! I agree that AI will create more wealth, not destroy it.
I disagree but only time will tell.
it's important to approach the use of AI with a balanced perspective that takes into account both the potential benefits and drawbacks. By developing the right skills and being mindful of ethical considerations, individuals can position themselves to take advantage of the opportunities that AI will undoubtedly create.
That is temporary, on the long run AI would learn from all our inquiries and be able to replace us.

I was afraid for all my life, right up until the day I knew my life was ending.
Now these is the right time for us to start learning how to start, and to create our own businesses and start putting our work on the business market.
Great video! AI is exciting and terrifying at the same time. Best time to innovate and bring out new business is now!
