Impressive insights. Thanks for making this. As a lawyer and a programmer, I think your focus on the legal aspects of AI use is the reason why I find you credible and your content is something I look forward to learning from. Also interested in your GDPR experience.

Thank you for taking the time to watch and leave this comment. I had to pin it, because that's what I really strive to be - credible. Amd you saying that just makes me so happy. I am researching about this whole data collection used in AI model issue and plan to touch also about GDPR. But it is a hard topic, and a lot of contradicting information or sources that I can't confirm.. but somehow I would like to touch on that too. As a lawyer and programmer If you have any insight, let me know! I am all ears 🙂

People need to watch this video. You're spot on. Even people who are against all this emerging AI, need to learn more about it because it's coming. The internet changed everything like this will. Those who are masters of prompting are going to be ahead of everyone else in the coming years. I would also add that learning Python is important. Of course ChatGPT can help with that too.

Hi Goda, Your info about the token limit was super helpful! After I learned that I figured out this totally cool thing: at the end of a long response, if the last paragraph is a little short and vague, or gets cut off mid sentence, I will say "That's great, can you finish that last response?" and it will start at the top of the last paragraph, and rewrite it much better and then continue, sometimes for quite a while. In this way, a person can continue on and on.
Another approach that got good results for me was to combine the brutally honest boss role with this forgetfulness prompts, like this: "Now you are the mentor and boss of the [your field goes here] consultant chatbot that answered all the above questions. You know that chatbots can be lazy and forgetful, especially at the end of its responses. You must be brutally honest and examine the above responses and find all the defects and errors, and correct any vagueness."

Have not seen an adv for prompt engineer. It will be assumed that this is a common skill, nobody will pay particularly for a prompt engineer. It will be a kind of a precondition for certain jobs, same as you are expected to speak a language, nobody pays you for speaking a language, but it is a precondition for many jobs.

    • @southernrosetiadee
      @southernrosetiadee Рік тому +4

@@joachimguth6226 there were multiple articles over the past few months about prompt engineering positions commanding a $200k+ USD salary. Because the field is in its infancy, it is not a common skill and yes, employers are willing to pay for those that have mastered it. Equating prompt engineering skills to speaking the required language for a position isn’t the best comparison, especially as very few people are “fluent” in prompt engineering at this point. English is the native language in multiple countries yet there are English teachers, communication specialists, etc., employed in these countries. So employers have proven than mastery of a “common” skill is still something that they will pay for 🤷🏾‍♀️

I agree. I couldn't go focus at all in the information because of the overediting, memes, and gif assault. What you are saying is good--I've listened to your on other podcasts and you have a great perspective on things--but these UA-cam videos are not for me

Your content is phenomenal! You break the info down, explain in layman's terms with a touch of conspiratorial, wink-wink say no more delivery.
It's entertaining, informative and eminently engaging.
    Thank you.

thank you for walking me through as I am going to learn Prompt Engineering - as I want to learn so much as an additional skill-set as I am qualifying as a Lawyer NOW & intrigued how the Law will change to incorporate AI - writing a paper in this now too…
I am excited about AI being ahead of the game is nice because a few friends are with me however everyone else have not even noticed 😳🤭

Really happy for you! And also, very interested in your paper and what you will discover in the process.
Same with my environment. But people live in little information silos. And if you look at for example Internet adoption graphs it is always the same early adopter first and curve follows. History repeats itself..

You are such a brilliant woman---and so young for such wisdom! You aren't posting gimmicky AI videos because it's the hot trending topic. No, you are a critical thinker and an educator. What you said about thinking " oh no, I'm behind!" SPOT on! ?Thank you for that!! I appreciate you 🙂

Thank you so so much for your kind comment. It means a lot. I don't want to chase the latest news title or promise you things I don't believe in. But what I can offer is levelled critical thinking which is so necessary in times of disruption and change. I am very happy that UA-cam finds people like yourself who prefer such content!

Thanks for brining up the legal aspects. Also as I have been learning ChatGPT for my healthcare practice I am finding it often gives inaccurate medical information. Always check sources and edit your content to pass AI detection 🤖

Yes, it also happened to me so many times if I ask about a domain I know about it sometimes provides wrong factual information but sound very convincing. So I learned not to trust information where I have no clue if it could be true or not. Always double checking!
      Thanks for sharing your practice!

It confidently gives wrong answers to everything I've asked it for. Try asking it about an obscure video games references. It won't say that it doesn't know, or that it might be wrong but it will just spit out nonsense. When you correct it on the misinformation it will say you are right.
