Chip would make such a good little legend. Another great little legend would be the depressed nihilistic tree sprout from the newest set, that character is awesome.

Imagine if that Necrit guy from the Ruined King game was put into a tft set.
Necrit: Slowly drains hp of current targeted enemy by reading out their lore to them, scales with ap, and forgive the pun, the enemy dies because his story was told...

@@gexianhen Have all of the champions be different types of poros, with the Poro King being their five cost. They summon Braum.
Lore aside, this is definitely the hardest set to climb to that's for sure.

I don't feel like they introduced anything that would make the game that much more complicate and I even think there's less RNG in it now.

Hard agree! I still don't have a proper team as I'm still trying to mix whatever works. Compared to Rumble Remix where anything can fit with one another like a puzzle piece. Heartsteel x True Damage was my mix during that set, and I reached Gold there. I'm still in Silver in Inkborn Fables as I still have a hard time getting a consistent "mix". 🧐
You know what would be amazing in tft if they do another runeterra lore based set? If they create and origin trait based on shadow isles champion being corrupted. That way they could use uncorrupted kalista and viego, import human hecarim from wild rift, create Ledros and thresh and based on a mechanics they turn into the shadowy version with different abilities. We have seen things like that in the past ex: kda/true dmg akali, jayce swaping stances... An example of that would be kalista as human goes melee with the spear and does something while ruined kalista becomes ranged and can execute targets if she impales them enough.
I think tft doesn't want to be that complex in their unit design (at least not for every unit of a trait to have different versions of their ability)

Sohm and all the dragons from the dragonlands set being canon is HYPE. I think for a world being full of dragons, it would be nice to see league have more dragons introduced than just Shyvana, Smolder, and A Sol. What about Kadegrin, Ao Shin/the dragon Lee sin controls, etc. HYPED
If i had to chose i want to see Arjen the mage ambassador from the Arbormark that appears in one of Cithrias stories
1:50 maybe they can even use it for visuals and idea for a kit for LoL insted of things like Smolder being... baby face without any iconic nose that like every dragon has outside of asia (with most even in asia having that long nose)

If we get Cithria, I would love it if TFT had a progression gimmick for a set. Cithria progress kinda like a Kayle ascension, but have it applicable to some other champions too.
Mechanically, you could have it be that you level up the champion by funneling gold into it (besides 3* or your own xp).
Hm, interesting, i guess we’ll see what we get next.
My biggest issue with prof Von Yip is how they'd give him a unique silhouette with Blitzcrank and Rumble in the game. Especially after the space groove skins.

I love that Kobuko is giving big Chen Stormstout Energy! I wouldn't even mind if we got him as a top laner in league or a champ card in LoR. He's going to be a popular TFT unit i can tell.
Especially the brewmaster sketch of him. It is basically chen in little bit smaller

I would like to see The Maker from LoR (Jhin's patron apparently from the Kashuri armory), the one with a LOT of mechanical arms. NOt really as a unit, more like a mechanic. The same way we had in the past portals, augments, champions (as bonus) but make it more... interactive, with a character nad give her some animations. Could be interesting, she could be related to crafting mechanics, not only items.
This makes me feel like we need a chibi kobuko
mythmaker zoe just looked like chibi star guardian jinx to me.

It would be cool if RIOT took advantage of this period of experimentation (and investment) to create new maps for existing modes (mainly 5x5 core game). New maps would add depth to the game and opportunities for new metas in a way that new characters alone no longer do.
One day if the league team decided to add kobuko to the rift i wish they would have this version as a skin and call it inkfable kobuko

They should also make Nagakabouros some kind of trait effect like how Kayle pops up for Mythmaker.
Nagakabouros is basically N´zoth from WoW. That means IT IS BIG. It would be interesting how you could present something that massive.
TFT devs doing way way better then the league team in designing and hearing feedback from players while taking it so seriously truly much love for this game devs

If they arr to bring more WR skinlines to TFT. I do hope they bring the Psychic Detectives. Nasus, Senna, Ekko and Thresh. They could be an economy trait since they are just 4. And since 3 of them has infinite stacking mechanic, they can stack loses and grants them health and/or AD

This is another one of those ways that TFT shows why it had such an advantage over Legends of Runeterra - when TFT branches out to create a new champion specifically for TFT, they're still making assets that are compatible with the core game. In other words, if Kobuko is super popular across several sets and they wind up making _skins_ for him for TFT, they wind up with a starting point for importing him into League itself.
Compare that to Jack or Norra, from Legends of Runeterra, who were really cool in their own right (Jack especially). While they had great 2d art and fun high-poly (relatively. Mostly) models for their level-ups, they don't have assets or mechanics that they share with the core game of the IP. Kobuko already has movement and attack animations and at least one ability animation. Having that and an identity within the game makes player more excited to imagine what he might be like in LoL or in 2XKO or any other League IP game.
I'm not putting this on the LoR developers as a negative, for what it's worth. I'm saying that when you compare the cost inputs and profit outputs from the two products, it's no wonder LoR struggled to find its footing. The cost vs output graph started in the negative, whereas TFT's basically started in the positive.
I'd say LOR still has an advantage to its character design, in the way how they pave the road for future stories or correct League's mistakes. It's just more difficult to leave a lasting impression on the average League player who isn't used to card games.

5:13 - I feel like this is how they used to do stuff in the Braum through Jhin days. Like, I remember them talking about Jhin and a couple of other champs in the time period as basically being a loose concept (sniper) that didn't start to really come together until the personality / vibe settled in (Jhin's expression of art through murder, serial killer shit). I feel like the older champions that had more of a 'vibe' based design have so much more personality, which makes their stories so much more exciting to engage with. Like, genuinely, isn't that 90% of the appeal of Yasuo, just the samurai vibes? Or even Draven?
Like, you know how little I care about Sett? I love Sett as a champion. I think his whole mechanical identity is super cool, fisticuffs street brawler who just tanks damage in order to turn it around into a devastating haymaker. Super fun. But the actual character, Sett? He's just a dickhead with a mean right hook and a knack for creative accounting.

I no longer buy league passes (it's a grind for mythic essence. Awful value, and no reason for it to be a pass)
But i got the tft one and i'm enjoying it all, the maps and little legends were great this time around, amd they give you enough crystals to level the ones you like the most to three stars
Low-key wouldn't mind seeing a new Yordle Tank in the main game of LoL eventually. Hopefully Kobuko picks up enough steam love his design but i don't play TFT
