@@jazk3409 I go to bed when Im tired/sleepy and then I get out of bed at the same time every morning. I realized staying in bed and trying to catch up on lost sleep is just another sleep effort.

@@rohitthotakuraSounds like you have already been through boat load of drugs for sleep and you are still on some. Pls educate yourself on how to safely taper off. Many doctors/psychiatrists don’t seem to have clue getting off safely.Survivingantidepressants , BenzoBuddies would be your best interest. Whatever Sleep you are getting now could be due to drugs .If it turned against you , there is hardly anything available that will make you feel sleepy.
      Pharmaceutical HARM IS REAL.

Week 2 after discovering Daniel’s videos. 15 years of insomnia. Gone from extreme anxiety at night and dreadful days to calm nights and normal days. Sleeping in 3 x 3 hour cycles which is great for me! Thank you Daniel. You are a star! Question: waking naturally at 8 but unable to break the bad habit of staying in bed for 1-1 1/2 hrs after waking. Any tips?

This is wonderful you’re seeing things shift in such a nice way, thanks for sharing 🙂! And you know, I definitely say self kindness helps so so much. Instead of being hard on ourselves we can make those hours in bed as nice as we can, see it as a nice kind act for ourselves

Thanks to all at CSC for providing a wealth of online material that is just perfect for us iterative learners. 👍 🙏 👏 And thank you, Rohit, for sharing your personal journey through sleep efforts (melatonin, CBD oil, Xanax, steroids, trazodone), sleep obsession & CBT-i, to ultimate Peace of Mind. Thank goodness your suffering was relatively short-lived and that throughout your darkest days/nights you could count on the support of friends and family. If I were you I would keep those parents for sure…!

Such a challenge for our brains to unlearn from the place it devled into, there has to be a genetic predisposition to this.

Interesting interview! I’m currently in a big speed bump. Several nights of zero or little sleep in a row after doing pretty well for a couple of months. Very anxious and really discouraged. I hope to get to the other side soon.
