It’s a good thing I have seeds going for fall! I’ve never been a fan of raw kale 😂. But I’ve also never grown in the fall so I’m excited that you said this.

Epic harvest guys! Your garden is totally delivering this year. Neat trick with the eggplants!😅😅

😂 we used to make some tik tok stuff about them, one video on here, but I’ve thought about doing some more! Chicken videos did EXTREMELY well this last winter so my focus was there for quite a while.

What a beautiful harvest! I think we'll try the lemon cukes and eggplant next year. Nothing better than homegrown food. Not long ago, you showed yellow patty pan squash, ours are just now coming in. I'm going to do what your wife did and stuff them. We are staying low carb and that stuffed squash is an excellent way of using them. 🤤

Nice! I just reminded her about that and she says “that really was such a good meal!”
      You’ll love it

The only Saurkraut I've ever made was super delicious and it was a Homesteading Family recipe on yt. Next time I'll try Luli's Homestead recipe also on yt. That unknown tomato variety looks familiar but I can't remember the name. I believe I saw that on James Prigioni's Gardening Channel as he did a tomato video just a few days ago. Our garden is going slow. We had the same experience with our Broccoli and Cauliflower. I'll try a few for the fall and see if we have better luck. 🙏🤞

We were in a hurry so we didn’t find any crazy recipes but so far it’s fermenting pretty well! But we are planting more cabbage so now I’ll go look at those!
I love James’ channel, I’ll go look at that.
      Good luck in the fall!
