Great for these drab ceiling fans in my apartment. I’ll just make sure I put the old blades back when I leave. Thanks!!!!!!❤️

Wow! What a coincidence. I have the same style fan blades, but in white. Love the after.

That looks amazing. I just spent almost $300 on a Bombay fan (with plastic palm blades) that was small enough to fit our room, because most small fans on the market are too modern and basic. I was wondering the whole time if I could have just gotten a cheap/free Craigslist fan and swapped the blades out. I guess next time! Thank you for sharing this.

Amazing! Does it flows enought air for indoor ceiling fans?

Awesome! And you saved yourself a bunch just replacing the blades! 😊
Just checked & Amazon has your blades listed for $35. A brand new fan would have cost $200 on a super great sale & between $300 & $450 regular price. WAY TO GO!!!

I wouldn't use drills to remove or install blades. It can strip or cross thread.

Those new blades look a bit heavy. The blade arms seem to be out of alignment which isn't good so maybe the blade arms need to be replaced as well. Also what did you do with the old blades. I normally prefer the original blades but it actually came out nice!

I'm a bit mad that you threw the cane blades out, but that's a 10/5! Good job. Surprisingly well for a lady one of a kind. I should try this.

they stay pretty well but one blade broke because my fiance kicked it wrestling with our toddler. the paper is pretty thin but if no one is doing karate moves around it it should be fine. lol

This looks neat but I prefer the original blades. The original cane blades were in good condition and looked a bit better to me though this is pretty neat.

Why thank you Aleu. But it is not ugly your comment was ugly. My home didn't have an air problem it had an updated fan problem and I wanted a fan that went with the decor The fan is no longer there. Keep watching to see what I did with my room presently

Good job ruining a good fan that ceiling fan is Vintage and now it looks trash why did u throw the old blades away? They discontinue the style of fan blades in the early 1990's! I would have bought them for under $10.00 from you......
