I had a fractured orbital bone when I was 15, and it was extremely painful and hard to heal from. I can only imagine what that was like for a 13 month old baby.
@@worldofdaisy._ I didn't see any comparison, but since you felt the need to point it out, orbital fractures are hard to heal even with time and sometimes your vision maybe go back to being 20/20 or you might need corrective surgery to fix the socket in which your eyes sit in. Sometimes the person who has a fractured orbital socket may have slightly blurred vision and need a special pair of glasses to help them read, watch TV, drive it depends on the person and how badly fractured the socket is.
This is why my daughter is with me at all times, how anyone could hurt an innocent child like this is baffling and sickening, I cringed at the baby’s eye

great mum tbh. took to doctors right away, called and questioned everyone, made sure to get her name cleared so investigation could steer towards the others in the house she suspects, got the ball rolling on getting her baby to her own mum until she can sort it. whoever did this will get their comeuppance, godspeed.

The detective saying that it was an accident is just a tactic that they use to try to get people to admit to the wrongdoing. People are more likely to grasp onto the idea of it being an accident so it minimizes their guilt. It in no way means that the detective believed it was truly an accident. It is just one of the ways they try to get to the truth. Now to watch the rest and see who deserves to be put under the damn jail. That pic of that baby is horrific. Ok now I have seen that it wasn't the mother. Thank goodness!! It is sad that she has to be away from her son when he needs her the most. I understand them finding it fishy that the mother did not know what happened, but sometimes that really is the truth. I cannot imagine having to be away from either of my boys, especially hurt like that, knowing that I was being nothing but truthful. Thank goodness for her mother stepping up to care for him so that he didn't get thrown into the broken foster care system. Now I hope she is able to get him back ASAP!

@@breannasdaily3566 I think he noticed because even if a baby is sleeping, you can't miss all of that swelling on his eye especially if it has been maybe a few hours since it happened and it's visible. I don't think he wants to get his family member in trouble because there is no way he picked his kid up in total darkness in that house without putting a light on to make sure he had the diaper bag and everything else the baby went there with. Once the dad put the baby in the car and the mom noticed what happened, she should have called the police right then and there.
I hope we get an update on if the family members were questioned and hopefully charged, but if I was the dad of this sweet baby I would have gone on the show too, that way there's no doubt about him. Praying for this family.❤
WHY is Dad not on here taking a lie detector test? He's the one who went up and pick the baby up and supposedly didn't notice it until after Mom notice it so where is he?! CPS/law enforcement failed this baby still by not doing the necessary work and taking him away from his parents. The first thing they should’ve done was checked out mom and dads alibi. They shouldn’t have been punished when they weren’t even present during the time it happened. They weren’t being neglectful, they left the child with family members whom they thought they could trust and probably went out together having adult time. Nobody ever thinks they’ll come back to something like this. Smh.

So….something happened at the babysitters and the father somehow …somehow, managed not to notice a huge swelling on his baby who was either distressed or in shock and silent . Or and my instinctive reaction is he dropped the child on the way out..picked it up and the child was then semi conscious or out cold when he was being put in the car, came to..gave that half strangled cry and so on. That looks like a solid object contact injury…not a fist, more like concrete or a brick or step edge.
This is why my mother never trusted anyone with my sisters and I. If we wanted a sleepover then they had to come to our place. I didn’t start spending the night at people’s place until I was old enough to make my own decisions.

This right here is the reason why my children have NEVER been to a babysitter. They have only ever been with trusted family, and even then it was once they could talk because you truly never know. My boys are 12 and 11yo and have never once been to a babysitter. I remember the horrors of my childhood which I'm sure make me overly cautious but I would rather that than the alternative.
It always baffles me that so many parents say "idk" when it comes to their children. That is not an acceptable answer, when it comes to your children you should know something.."idk" just makes a parent sound either neglectful or they're hiding something.

Someone did something to that baby if they don't want say what happened to the mother .. When my son was about 2-3 years old he had gotten a new Xbox game and wanted to show his dad as he was running to his dad his foot got cought in a wire for the controller and he fell and hit his eye on the entertainment center thank God it was round edged because his eye hit it and his eye was so bad but the doctor said they could tell it was from a fall and not like a person because of the way the bruise was he had a line across where he hit the edge and that was the exact reason why we always kept round edged things because kids can get hurt but if the doctor said that was on purpose then she is gonna fight for her baby and believe them over people who won't even answer her phone calls ..
I hope she gets her baby back. I just wish they would have asked her if she knew who did it or knew what happened, because that may help her even more.

great mum tbh. took to doctors right away, called and questioned everyone, made sure to get her name cleared so investigation could steer towards the others in the house she suspects, got the ball rolling on getting her baby to her own mum until she can sort it. whoever did this will get their comeuppance, godspeed.

I agree 💯 percent!!! He's the one that physically went in the house and picked him up from the sitter. Then he didn't see the injuries before he got in the car? This is all real fishy.
The detective saying that it was an accident is just a tactic that they use to try to get people to admit to the wrongdoing. People are more likely to grasp onto the idea of it being an accident so it minimizes their guilt. It in no way means that the detective believed it was truly an accident. It is just one of the ways they try to get to the truth. Now to watch the rest and see who deserves to be put under the damn jail. That pic of that baby is horrific.
Ok now I have seen that it wasn't the mother. Thank goodness!! It is sad that she has to be away from her son when he needs her the most. I understand them finding it fishy that the mother did not know what happened, but sometimes that really is the truth. I cannot imagine having to be away from either of my boys, especially hurt like that, knowing that I was being nothing but truthful. Thank goodness for her mother stepping up to care for him so that he didn't get thrown into the broken foster care system. Now I hope she is able to get him back ASAP!

@@breannasdaily3566 I think he noticed because even if a baby is sleeping, you can't miss all of that swelling on his eye especially if it has been maybe a few hours since it happened and it's visible. I don't think he wants to get his family member in trouble because there is no way he picked his kid up in total darkness in that house without putting a light on to make sure he had the diaper bag and everything else the baby went there with. Once the dad put the baby in the car and the mom noticed what happened, she should have called the police right then and there.
I hope we get an update on if the family members were questioned and hopefully charged, but if I was the dad of this sweet baby I would have gone on the show too, that way there's no doubt about him. Praying for this family.❤
WHY is Dad not on here taking a lie detector test? He's the one who went up and pick the baby up and supposedly didn't notice it until after Mom notice it so where is he?! He should be there taking a test right now and so should the people who the child was left with. I understand the mom wanted to clear her name but that is not what's most important right now what's most important is finding out who did this doesn't matter who didn't do it we need to know who did do it

The daughter is very strong. I can tell. She’s not the type that’ll cry easily but you can still see she’s strong and is being strong for her baby to get Justice for him.

People are applauding like she’s mother of the year. Bottom line is the state took her child from her because the child was abused while in her custody. No she didn’t do it but I bet she knows who did. I don’t know why they didn’t ax her that question to see if she knew who did it. The state doesn’t only take children away from mothers or fathers that actually do the abusing, they also take them away when a parent fails to keep their child safe.

Thank you. That would have been the first call instead of constantly calling the people who was in the house especially if they stopped answering the phone. I would have called the police to get everything on record. Someone has to watch this house to question whoever comes out of it because at some point they have to come out. I think the dad knows who did it and that's why he didn't come to the show.

CPS/law enforcement failed this baby still by not doing the necessary work and taking him away from his parents. The first thing they should’ve done was checked out mom and dads alibi. They shouldn’t have been punished when they weren’t even present during the time it happened. They weren’t being neglectful, they left the child with family members whom they thought they could trust and probably went out together having adult time. Nobody ever thinks they’ll come back to something like this. Smh.

she brings up a good point. If you are a parent and your kid is hurt, the last thing you would want is to admit to an "accident". That's neglect. Abuse is a whole other world of oh god. If my kid was hurt, I wouldn't blame it on an accident, I would do everything in my power to prevent that 'accident' from happening.
That case was heartbreaking, horrifying, awful, shocking.. I cried.. I felt bad for the mother and grandmother, they deserve to know who did the enormous child abuse and to reporting it to cops.. This poor baby is litteraly blind in one eye, and it was on purpose, it made my heart skipping a beat..
I don't want to have kids because of this kind of stuff.. I don't want my future kid.s suffering like that.. And even if i won't have kids, i don't want any kids suffering from abuse.. EVER!

The mother is clearly not thinking! She should have gone to the police & asked to do an investigation into the matter. Even though she passed the test, she probably knows who really did this. It sounds like there’s more to this case! The real victim is the child! May God’s justice be done on the people responsible!
So….something happened at the babysitters and the father somehow …somehow, managed not to notice a huge swelling on his baby who was either distressed or in shock and silent .
Or and my instinctive reaction is he dropped the child on the way out..picked it up and the child was then semi conscious or out cold when he was being put in the car, came to..gave that half strangled cry and so on.
That looks like a solid object contact injury…not a fist, more like concrete or a brick or step edge.

This is why my mother never trusted anyone with my sisters and I. If we wanted a sleepover then they had to come to our place. I didn’t start spending the night at people’s place until I was old enough to make my own decisions.

This right here is the reason why my children have NEVER been to a babysitter. They have only ever been with trusted family, and even then it was once they could talk because you truly never know. My boys are 12 and 11yo and have never once been to a babysitter. I remember the horrors of my childhood which I'm sure make me overly cautious but I would rather that than the alternative.

Someone did something to that baby if they don't want say what happened to the mother .. When my son was about 2-3 years old he had gotten a new Xbox game and wanted to show his dad as he was running to his dad his foot got cought in a wire for the controller and he fell and hit his eye on the entertainment center thank God it was round edged because his eye hit it and his eye was so bad but the doctor said they could tell it was from a fall and not like a person because of the way the bruise was he had a line across where he hit the edge and that was the exact reason why we always kept round edged things because kids can get hurt but if the doctor said that was on purpose then she is gonna fight for her baby and believe them over people who won't even answer her phone calls ..
