I know this is two months old, but the comment goes with this video any way. Last year I did a patriotic BOM that was on point. I sure wish I had one of these dies for that! I hadn’t done one before so those setting triangles gave me some headaches. It worked out beautifully, but it could have gone easier with these dies!
Its 8:45 P.M. here in Minnesota and it's pouring rain here too along with a tornado warning going on in my area (Burnsville) too. But Im not giving up the chance to watch my Accuquilt live.
Yes you can use the 12" Setting Triangles to match with the 8" Qube. the 6" & 8" Setting triangles also match with the 8" Qube as well. You want your setting triangle to go with your finished block size.

But the corner triangles are set at a different angle than the setting triangles so if you put the fabric across all the corners are cut off grain
If I have an 8 qube but my finished squares are 12” shouldn’t I get the 12” setting combo?
Yes you can use the 12" Setting Triangles to match with the 8" Qube. the 6" & 8" Setting triangles also match with the 8" Qube as well. You want your setting triangle to go with your finished block size.
