- Today we delivered a beautiful new manufactured home to a property in Salmon Arm.

This singlewide is 18 feet wide by 44 feet long and this video shows the entire delivery process. The home was too wide for the customers property so we have to use the access through the neighbors and cut up behind their shop. Manufactured home deliveries are always a bit stressful because you never really know for sure how hard it is going to be to get the home to it's site until it's there. We've had some deliveries that take all day and others that are a breeze, this one ended up being a breeze and the home was on the site by 9:00am. We started just after 8:00am so the whole delivery process on site took just under an hour. Such a beautiful property! Small single wides have been all the rage this year. I think the trend will continue. The tour isnt up yet, it’s almost move in ready so it won’t be long! 🙌🏼

Yeah in Canada every trucking company has their own Dollys that attach to the frame. When I used to buy homes from Palm Harbor in Oregon their truckers couldnt believe how we unload homes up here. It’s really a cool process. It’s a manufactured 😃

my personal favorites are the 12 to 16 foot wide times 48 or maybe 60 foot long models from 70s and 80s.
good memories for me. wish they had been sturdier with higher ceilings .
