Thanks Oli! this is by far the most valuable "which is the best mask for me" video out there. other videos do not show the importance of the natural fit of the mask to the face without sucking it in. you actually helped me understand exactly, why the Mares X Free that I actually like has water leaking in sometimes and that I am probably compensating the poor fit to my face with a tight strap.
And yes, no matter how well a mask fits me I always need to clean shave my upper lip to achieve a workable seal. But for others it still works even with a full mustache.. In short, a perfect fit is just one factor in the game.
Hey Oli, many thanks for the hints - I still struggle with finding a perfectly fitting mask for my big head. The Molchanovs, I recently bought gets close, but possibly the sphera you showed as the last example could be it. So my question: is it the Aqualung Sphera LX ? :-)

The Sphera is a little wider and a little less curved than the Molchanovs Core. That might work for you!
