I've said it before and I'll just keep talking about it, Mashinsky and co should get life in prison, and all the money they stole form us, we should be able to recover it from their assets. As we've seen, they're living their best lives, penthouses, riches etc. No one like them should be able to do that.

Most got an email in February about claiming them on odyssey. It’s just a random website. That’s all anyone can do.

Yes let’s start with those that haven’t received their first distribution. Ridiculous! Finally received my codes and they do not work for Venmo or PayPal. Never receive any emails from ionic digital. So nothing about shares.

Can you elaborate more on your claw back settlement? Did you get your assets back after paying your % back to them?
Not sure what’s being offered now, but yeah. You coulda offset it with what you had in Earn, which is what most people did, and then paid the difference if you still needed to pay them more.
Then yes you’d get what you had left in Earn.

@@abennett Feel like giving up. still receive email "Action Required: Your Claim Distribution Encountered an Error at Coinbase" and can't do anything about it as my country does not have Coinbase. Contacted Stretto and they informed to change to cash but still get this email.

Corporate Account holder Australia. No distribution. No first second or third distribution. No WIRE no zUSD cheque. After September, the market takes off again & we're triple screwed.
It sucks for sure. Many people I know personally haven't gotten wires for corporate accounts too. Hopefully they do it soon.

Eligible meaning your claim was above $5000 and you’re not in the convenience class.

If your PayPal is good they should eventually use that.
My brother hasn't gotten his claims either but Coinbase keeps changing their mind on verifying his account every time 3 to 4 days before a distribution.
