Always great to hear positive news. The 2nd distribution if im not mistaken should be about 10-15% based on claim amount from filing date. I believe a large part of this is that money that was mysteriously not accounted for in the 1st distro. 15% would be great espexially since genesis folks are getting 100%

The reason is that some unknown to me email address opened an account to my name in Coinbase and they want me to close that accout, yet, I have no idea about that account or have any access to it. Do you have any idea what will happen if Celsius re-attempts distribution in crypto and Coinbase is not letting the transaction pass through ? Thank you so much for the updates.

Arron, I was mistakenly placed in the convenience class and initially received only 6.51% of my claim. Recently, I received another distribution that was supposed to bring my total to 57.9% of the claim amount. However, this additional distribution was only 20.43%, bringing my total to 26.94%. I am still short 30.96% of the 57.9% we were supposed to be paid. My question to you and your subscribers is: Has anyone else experienced this issue, and what is the best way to get this resolved other than creating a ticket? Dozens and dozens of ticket/emails sent to Stretto/Celsius to get information regarding my distribution. It's so frustrating to have to keep chasing Stretto without any comforting or informative responses. The same 'be patient' response with no clarification or confirmation whether I'd even get a distribution. I had approx $7k in ETH and $11k in BTC. Can anyone give me some hope regarding ever receiving my expected distribution?

I havent been able to take the 2nd minor distribution we got out of PayPal. I have like $50 of b5c and eth stuck in PayPal because when I try to remove it, it tells me I don't have enough to withdraw. Anyone else experienced this?
Custody accounts could get their crypto last year off the app. If you didn't, you'll be notified on how to get it soon. Earn accounts mostly got their crypto back via PayPal or Coinbase.
Convenient class & stock as of now no change my pay out was why off also no stock time will let us know if they do fix this no claim code as of 6/27/2024

Stupid question, but I"m in a pickle. I ended up accidentally deleting all my emails from celsius and many other addresses, and am just now looking into how I get funds back. I was a part of the earn program, and had about $6k in bitcoin and polygon on celsius. I got a check from voyager for my holdings so I figured I would eventually get one from celsius, but it seems that is not the case. Is there anything I can do or am I just out of luck?

I got a email on my alternative email saying they sent a claim code, but I believe it was sent to my apple relay email so I didn’t get my claim code. So I’m not sure what the heck is going on.

I received a small distribution in Feb. of ETH and BTC but no Ionic stock despite several email requests to Odyssey Trust. I held a significant balance in ETH at the failure date. I was not in the convenience class. I will send more emails to Odyssey.

Does anyone know if there is a plan for creditors that aren't able to use Coinbase, PayPal or Venmo to get higher amounts of money since the initial plan of distributions only captures a portion of the crypto value at the time of Bankruptcy so compared to today's prices, creditors that aren't getting crypto back are losing money again. Wire transfers mean refunding only 22-23% of deposited crypto atthe current market values (in BTC).

Aaron why you still neglecting those who are about to get sued in the clawbacks? Those are the most affected people. We lost all, and they are asking for MORE money and they will SUE us for it. This is absurd.
Not neglecting at all. I’ve shared defense groups well over a year ago. Everyone should have known their options and the risks. I settled a few weeks ago which I publicly shared. Plenty of telegram groups to talk to others about this.

Yes. They held back hundreds of millions from the first distribution, so we should get a sizable chunk. Not sure what it’ll be.
