    Those are called Flag Nuts, When You get your new ones, make sure You tact weld them on or it will happen again. This is a very common issue and is used on different parts of the trucks suspension.. The original ones are barely tack welded at best, and will fail the first time you have to change out your shocks or Track Bar, rear shackles etc.. You can also just weld a metal tab on the nut as well. Thats what I did on a couple of mine just to keep the not from spinning. Lots of anti seize will help prevent it in the future. The tabs they use is .00 tooo thin! is another problem. I wish there were more videos about this Dodge Flag Nut issue. Wish You the best with Your repair my friend.👍

      Thanks DC. Tack welding might be the best option actually. I would have soaked this in PB blaster but I grabbed my last bottle and while it was full there was no propellant left in there. So I said I guess I’ll just crank on it. That might have been my mistake but it worked out on the passengers side
