this is great and simple! thanks for sharin it's the first time to know the "opacity mask" function through your vids i'm a beginner to graphic design, and I usually use pathfinder - minus front to deal with this kinda visual. opacity mask is so adjustable! thank you for all the knowledge you've shared in your channel!
I love your tutorials. Perfect speed, well explained at every step compared to other tutorials by designers which are way too fast and missing details! Your unique accent is so welcoming!
@@tt_tutorials I spent this entire week of work from home hours practicing your guided tutorial! i think i can mimic your speech by now. haha Great training material!
Hello, my friend! Channel only starts to grow - stay tuned and you'll see a lot of stuff on illustrating here. For now I can say that you should simply try to copy works that you like with usual pencil and do this very often.
Hi, LV VL! You can watch this tutorial with deep explanation on 3 types of masking ua-cam.com/video/HiEl_PcXsOI/v-deo.html. If it seems too hard for you for now, soon I will release tutorial on Clipping mask and Draw inside mode separately so you can watch them also. They will be more 'beginner oriented'.
Hi! You want to prepare illustration for stock? In this case it should be bitmapped... if you are not doing this for stock, save as .ai file and everything will work for you. If you want to save .ai file for previous version - you can select it the same as you would save eps.
For stock save as .eps and that’s all... Try this: save as .eps / close file / open your eps file. Select shadow. It should not be an effect. It should be simply blurred object. This is what you need.
Thanks for you answer me.my problem is that shadow after save as .eps it be bitmap and failed after sent to stock. So i want to know have another method or not for do shadow and after save as .eps it not be bitmap. Thanks(Sorry my English it not strong)
Thank you for watching! I hope this illustrator tutorial will be useful for you. Do you have a question? Feel free to ask in comments.😉

Great tutorial. Is there a way to finalize an opacity mask and make it permanent once you have your final design? Thanks.
No, opacity mask is fine, you don’t need to do anything with it for final result 😉

Yes but it should be bitmapped. It can't be an effect if you want to upload it to stock... Isn't it so?
