Very much enjoyed the drone footage. It really does show just how much water is being contained in the forest. It's is looking more like a wetlands than a forest.
What happens to all of the earth that is pushed to the sides? It looks like those berms would catch water and direct it onto the road and ditches. Is this a swamp with all low lying water? Are these logging roads or something else? Greetings from Houston.
The side excess will be ultimately flattened to about a meter minus/plus, by either the excavator or a bulldozer, after compaction it will form part of the drainage system. They will have a reverse slope so that only the road width will attract water and be shed to both sides into the massive VEE drains. All logging roads, all commercial logging activity. Hard to say its a swamp with trees growing to 100 foot in height, if it was a swamp they wouldnt grow that tall.
what country are you in and where does all this water come from ? i have watched many of your videos over the years. i am subscribed to your channel from Tennessee here.
When I was little, I loved drying puddles. Not only do you have nicer equipment, but you also make money from it. 🙂

Great work brother. Love the videos.
Wish you could drain that water to North Central Texas, we need it. It would be a long ditch. lol
It would be The Big Ditch!
So where does all this water drain to,,?
or does it just sit in the ditch,,?
Volvo ❤
Hello. I have been watching your videos for a long time and I have never known where those forests are or where your work is. Thank you.
👍👍👍

It sure looks like rich soil; I wonder if it could be screened into salable loam, given the sandy nature of the base.@@brunomckay1875
👍👍👏🏻👏🏻
лежневку у вас не делают?
Что строите и где?
what country are you in? your work is fascinating
Latvia
Is this just to clear the water or is something being built here once water has drained?
Logging roads.
That is quite a bit of water is it swappy land or is the water table that high there
There is a low place and the water has accumulated a bit 😉
Is this going to be an asphalted car road?
No

And you still don't know which country I'm from??😀
Please explain the reason to build these remote roads.
To access timber for harvesting. Latvia is 25% forest.
52%
@@MrAJWorks Thank you.
I enjoy the process of GPS controlled excavation.
The farm land has become over-grown?@@MrAJWorks
Including, meadows, pastures, swamps, and forests? @@MrAJWorks
Eu gostaria de ver a exploração e o transporte da madeira desta área.
Não é previsível quando a floresta será derrubada
Don't understand why you spend so much time moving tiny amounts of dirt and so little time creating drainage.
This video would be much better without that crappy music. And not sped up.
